Posted .For help with the balancing concern. please make sure the unit is leveled and all four leveling legs are firmly on the floor. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend you review the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds".

You can only have a fulfill. If you have it on bulky it never let you know when your washer is done. Just the worst one I’ve ever bought. I’ll never buy another one.

We recommend checking to make sure that your unit is completely level to the ground, as this can help tremendously with balancing the load and prevent excessive vibrations. It also helps with the sensor and detecting the soil level, which relates to cycles knowing when to end.
