Within one week of purchase we needed a service call because the washer won't stop filling. Someone came out and did something with his computer and it was ok. Now today, having the same problem again. Will be contacting someone for another service call.

Posted .With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

Posted .We would like to provide some guidance with the fill feature on your unit. This model does have the ability to use a feature called Deep Fill. The Deep Fill feature is for loads where extra water is desired. This feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical everyday use. More information about this can be found in the manual (page 14) on the website for review. Regarding the agitator noise level, If you feel your washer is too loud or is making an unusual sound, please review the manual on page 28 to review the normal sounds your unit should make. Put it on hottest wash for sheets and the water never was above 81. Clearly lets in a lot more cold water than necessary. The warm was was all cold water. Worst machine we have ever purchased. 48 hours after delivery we arranged to return it for a different brand / model
