Most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. -- To improve wash performance, use the correct amount and type of detergent, load carefully, and select the right amount of water and settings for your load size. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.

Thanks so much for your purchase. This is a really nice washer, and we want you to be happy with your washing results. We recommend trying the Power Clean cycle along with Deep Fill and Deep Rinse to see if that helps. Our new washers do sound different than older washers. You'll hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds. If you view the manual on page 24, you'll see a QR code that you can scan to hear all the different sounds that are normal.
