    I have had this dryer for less than 4 months and it is already not working. I have to dry small and medium loads of laundry 4x's! Its insane

      We recommend checking your vent hose on the back of the dryer and your wall cap on the outside of your home for obstruction or restriction as this could cause poor drying performance. Also, try turning off the power to the unit at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment. We're confident our highly trained service team can remedy this for you.     We’ve had this washer for less than a month and we’re already calling a service tech. Really bummed. We should have just purchased a used one

    Washer, no frills

    No frills. After each load defaults to factory settings. Delivery was rescheduled without reason. $60 fee was charged even though total tech member. Gas was gas, charged $30 for gas hose not use, delivery did leave, no refund yet.

    I would never buy a washer and dryer from best buy again they don’t provide the essentials of buying a washer and dryer it’ll like buying a car it doesn’t come with a battery how am I going to use it

    Arrived bbadly damaged and we were told that we could call for a replacement. However, it was damaged before it entered my home, should have been exchanged before it was left for my family to deal with.

    sucks havent had it a day first load all tangled and clothes were soaked now wont spin at all i have done max spin drain and spin and still won't spin

    Damaged Washing Machine

    This is the second time this washing machine was sent damaged. Third delivery expected on 16 December. Almost 2 months after it was ordered. Best Buy just says sorry and sends another one. Purchase date is 10-25-22.

    When i went to the storw to make this purchase i ask the salesperson which was better. Front or top load. Needless to say they didnt know. Had to return the washer and pick something else. Horrible experience.

    This was a terrible purchase . This machine does not clean my clothes. It hardly spins. I have left messages no one calls me back.

    After six loads of clothes the washer stopped working. It takes one month to get a service tech to come to house.

    The agitation cycle was so unbelievably loud it's hard to adequately describe. Very surprising for GE.
