    The washer is not bad. When I order the washer I ask for an agitator and for some reason I didn’t get that. Anyhoo the washer is not bad no issues so far

    This is the worse washing machine I have ever had in my life. I’ve read the Quick Guide and the Owner's Guide numerous times. It does not clean my clothes, nor my blankets, sheets, etc. The instructions vary depending on which model you have but the instructions are not clear. I wish I had never purchased it and would like to return/exchange it for a better brand/model.

    Poor installation, dryer vent on left side and workers placed it on right because too lazy to change the door position.. the vent is creased and dryer not working efficiently

We recommend you review pg. 28 of the owner's manual for a description of different sounds you should expect to hear from your unit. If you still feel the noise is abnormal, we recommend that you schedule a service appointment with one of our qualified GE technicians using the information on pg. 30 of the owner's manual.       Hello - If your washer is not spinning, please make sure you have selected a spin option. Also, Make sure the cycle selected matches the load you are washing.     Not sure if is a good washer, but since the start button stopped working after a couple of weeks, I’m not happy. Good thing I bought the warranty and it will be fix next week. One star because a new washer shouldn’t break after < 2 weeks. The sad thing is that I choose GE over LG and Samsung because I trusted GE more.

    I’ve had the unit (purchased new) for 17 days and are currently having cycling issues. Meanwhile, there have only been about 8 medium size loads of laundry ran through it.

    I bought this in 11/09/2023 i had it less than 2 months it broke down it won’t turn on at all the replacement will not be here until a week later also you have to be manually filling it with water because it won’t fill it to the top and damages the clothing

    Left my clothing with food on them after washing for an hour. Clothing barely gets touched when moving part of the clothes never even went fully in the water tried so many settings but still didn’t clean good I don’t recommend this washer

The first thing to check is to make sure that your unit is not overloaded. It’s recommended to loosely load clothes in the washer basket. For the best results, load items around the outside of the basket. There are more troubleshooting tips to try in your use and care guide which can be found on the website (page23). If you find after troubleshooting that your unit is still causing concern we would suggest calling our service team so that they may properly diagnose what’s happening with your unit.       We appreciate you sharing your experience. Your washer will make various sounds throughout the cycle. One of the normal sounds is the motor speeding up incrementally during the spin cycle to reach the maximum spin speed of 800 rpms. This operation allows for superior moisture removal and helps decrease the time needed to dry your items. GE_Appliances

    I was not pleased with this washer set. The agitator was small in comparison to previous washers I've owned in the past. It takes a long time to wash a load. Does not wring dry as expected. Not loving this purchase.

    DON’T BUY THIS MACHINE!!! Save your time and money and purchase another brand. The agitator is extremely weak and barely pulls clothes under water. You often have to wash your load of clothes 2 times. Terrible!
