    It didnt work. We plugged it in to run a load and it did not turn both ways like its supposed to and it did not go past rinse.

    Machine doing great -- in fact, now have problem of not big enough dryer to handle the wash machine load. Doing SUPER!!

    Damaged Washing Machine

    This is the second time this washing machine was sent damaged. Third delivery expected on 16 December. Almost 2 months after it was ordered. Best Buy just says sorry and sends another one. Purchase date is 10-25-22.

    When i went to the storw to make this purchase i ask the salesperson which was better. Front or top load. Needless to say they didnt know. Had to return the washer and pick something else. Horrible experience.

    Started having issues within 3 month. Never stopped! 11 repairs later, GE couldn’t get their story straight on what the next steps were. Horrible service from GE!

    This was a terrible purchase . This machine does not clean my clothes. It hardly spins. I have left messages no one calls me back.

    After six loads of clothes the washer stopped working. It takes one month to get a service tech to come to house.

    The dryer takes too long to dry loads! I have to dry at least 3 times per load
