Posted .We are sorry to hear you are hearing this humming sound and can understand your concern. We recommend making sure your washer is completely level. All 4 legs are nylon with a 1" hex head foot pad or nut. The bottom of the nylon feet are rubber. On older Top Load washers, the front legs are adjustable up or down an inch and the rear legs are self-leveling. On newer Top Load and Front Load washers, all 4 leveling legs are adjustable. To set the rear self-leveling system on an older Top Load washer, tip the machine forward so that the rear legs are about 4" off the floor. Then, drop the washer to set the rear legs. They will automatically adjust to the level of the floor. We have a great video on our site if you'd like to check it out. It is titled: WASHER - LEVELING THE LEGS. It is our hope this is the issue, and it is resolved.

We also recommend making sure your venting isn't clogged or blocked on the outside of your home. Worst investment EVER! DO NOT BUY IT!

SOOOOOOO disappointed! The panel just stopped work abd it wouldn't turn on. We spent the money we didn't have trying to fix it to finally come to the conclusion we will have to buy a new one. Will NEVER buy GE again! Please DO NOT BUY IT!!!

No good washer

I managed to wash 1 load successfully. Tried to wash a load of towels and the washer fill up, but does nothing after that. It will be going back in Monday. Back to the drawing board.

The Worst Dryer Ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dryer looks nice, but I am guessing it has sensors that won't let it fill it enough to wash clothes properly. It won't drain nor spin properly enough either to get all the water out so whatever you are washing comes out soaked and dripping with water. You have to keep trying different cycles to get it to wash or drain. Waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN
