This is and easy reach washer, good size and works well.

The machine does make surprising sounds as it starts and "senses" the size of the load. The actual washing and spinning are mostly quiet. The large capacity allowed me to wash a queen-sized comforter.

Man I’m in love with this washer! Easy to use! Don’t take up much space! Get clothes how you need them with different setting.

I hate this machine. Truly regret buying it. Because there is no agitator, everything gets balled up (especially large items like sheets and towels) and creates unbalanced loads which you have to wrestle because a king size blanket that's soaked with water is heavy, but add to that that it's tangled amongst other things and it's a real workout. It's also so deep that it's extremely hard for my 5'5" frame to get everything out when the load is complete and I've almost fallen in more than once. Also, it has a lid lock that takes forever to unlock when you press pause to fix the imbalance so you can't open the lid, and then it takes forever to start again so it just wastes your time. Also, that pause/play button is alternately overly sensitive and not at all sensitive enough, so it thinks you've pressed it twice (play, pause) when you've only pressed it once, and then you have to press it a dozen times to get it to recognize when you're trying to pause the load. I hate this thing. The only good thing about the machine is that I finally can wash my king size comforter (technically a duvet insert) at home, which is good because my dog loves to pee on it. It took awhile to understand how to use the "deep fill" button and the "drain+spin" cycle, so now that I've got those decoded, I think the machine deserves 2 stars. I mean, it works, it generally gets things clean, but I would highly recommend getting a machine with an agitator to avoid the frustrations I've mentioned. I hope this helps in your decision making since buying a new washer is something most of us don't do that often in life.

Love the sleek design of this washer. Only complaint is that it's slightly noisy, but I expected this from the reviews I read before buying, and it's not a deal breaker for me, as my laundry room is in the basement. Love the very large capacity, as well.

Energy efficient, large capacity, great appliance. I like that it is top loading, no agitator, and high efficiency. Reliable brand, just the right amount of options, not too many bells and whistles…just right

I love this washer. It fits exactly the same as my old washer but has a huge tub! I don't have to go to the laundry mat to wash my comforters anymore!

About 18 months post purchase the washer did not turn on. We tried everything before calling the geek squad but we had to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, it works great.

Love, love this washer! With the see through lid, you can watch the entire cycle. It does not use a lot of water, so I always wash in deep fill mode to fully cover my very large loads with water. It does a good job during agitation of moving the clothes around. I love using the time delay feature!

I really like this washer. It has lots of space for big loads and it’s really easy to use and stylish! One negative is it can be a tad noisy if you have it somewhere with no door. Not a huge problem for me though since it’s in a laundry room with a door that can be closed!

Open box, great help loading in my truck and bubble wrap. nice price, but there was a better markdown the day before. The machine is great. Super capacity, more than I need really. The custom setting and auto feature is great. Looks nice. It is a bit noisy as others have said. I've only had it a month, so time will tell on durability.

Got a great price through Best Buy outlet. Been using it for a couple weeks now, does a better job on my front loader we replaced it with. Much easier to load as well. No moldy smells, like you get from the front loader. Would recommend

I live my smart washer, I have never had a washer with blue tooth capability, it give me warnings when it’s almost done, unlike before I totally forget about it, the deep basin is wonderful

I recently purchased the GE Profile 5.0 CF Smart Top Load Washer; and it has proven to be an excellent appliance from the start. This washer is truly amazing. The features are easy to figure out and extremely accessible.my clothes look brand new after a wash and it's soo quiet holds my entire laundry basket with one wash it is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time

Compared to my last washer (maytag 2018) this thing is spectacular. Doesn't go off balance, holds more laundry, tells my phone when loads are done, gets cloths cleaner, and overall feels like a better machine. I still bought the extended warranty though.

Works as it should. Says it self balances but i dont let it do that seems to knock for longer than if i could just readjust the load
