We don't purchase this item for our HP 8620 printer very often, because even though the black gets used the most it lasts a very long time! That's basically why we bought that particular printer. Strongly recommend the XL version.

I bought a printer just like my employer used, and it is really conservative on ink usage. The high yield cartridges last much longer saving me money and down time. I always keep a spare cartridge on hand. Amazon has great prices for this product, and I don't have to leave my home to buy it.

Purchased HP - 950XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge - Black to replace existing emptied cartridge. It is for use in (Best Buy purchased) hp all-in-one printer. I have tried other non-hp cartridges and almost ruined several items, so stuck manufacturer's version. Works great - like it is supposed to.

Needed a black ink cartridge refill for my HP printer and went to Bestbuy to purchase one. They have a great supply and is organize by printer brand where it is easy to find. The price is comparable to other places but is nicely organize.

I use black for most of the documents and therefore this product provides many documents. The print is very sharpe even when I print in draft mode which also gives me a tremendous quantity from this product,. I would recommend the purchase of the large size #50 cartridge...

I purchased this ink with the anticipations of just a bit more then what standard ink would provide. Much to my surprise we have used this ink for almost 6 months. We have a trucking business, my personal work, Working towards maters in and online program and I home school our son also. Much impressed.

The HP 950XL High Yield Ink Cartridge - Black is a perfect match to use with the HP 951 three pack. The 950 XL is at least twice the capacity of the 950 and will extend the time period between ink cartridge replacement for black and white printing.

I hate buying printer ink, but the hp-branded ink cartridge has always worked better for me than other lower cost options (generic-brand ink and/or refillable ink options). It is more expensive, but in my experience, it lasts longer than the cheaper, less-reliable options.

When you run out of ink in the middle of a job , the best place to go is Best Buy . They always have what you need in stock at the best prices. Real HP ink cartridges are the best to use in your HP printer. Best quality ink and they never leak.

We have been long term HP users the price is excellent and you don't have to constantly purchase cartridges.

I think printer ink is overpriced in general, but the extra large version of this ink cartridge gives you the best value for the buck. I haven't used any other brand of ink, but HP ink has never failed me. I use the HP 950XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge in my HP OfficeJet Pro Plus 8600.

These cartridges print forever it seems. Well, not forever. But I got several hundred black-and-white pages out of one of these cartridges. I would recommend using only genuine HP ink for your HP printers. Stay away from remanufactured inks, as they will mess up your HP printer.

This printer is awesome. The cartriges are well thought out too. Easy to take out old and put in new. Simply springloaded push in and it old one pops out. It doesn't take long for the cartridge to initialize, and unlike older generation cartridges, you don't have to print a test page and scan.

I never have an issue with original manufactured ink cartridges. I picked up one that was a refill one time and it leaked like crazy

Took a little time to get the wireless working right, maybe 30min max to get everything working smooth including set-up. Needed a reliable printer for my wife, a teacher, and so far it's done a great job. Prints come out really sharp. Haven't done any photos yet but looks promising.

I am partial to HP products and have always used HP ink cartridges in my printer. The printed information is always clear and looks professionally done. I also print photos and they, too, are always bright and clear. I highly recommend HP ink cartridges.

HP cartridges are quality made and perform flawlessly. They are expensive and the ink runs out rather quickly. I have purchased a number of the cartridges during the past years, enough to have purchased the printer twice!
