This is worth the money. Most of my printing is not in color so it only makes sense to buy the high yield black ink cartridge even though it costs more. It's more economical per page. I stick with HP ink for my HP printers.

My neighbor has the same printer I do, HP 8600 and used a generic ink cartridge that clogged the printer's ink jets. It would have cost more to fix the problem than to buy a new printer! The HP OEM ink cartridge has never clogged and has always given me excellent results. It is worth the few dollars more to get the best.

Perfect for my printer. I love the ease of setting it up on my printer. Im due for another and i will be sticking with this brand.

I always purchase the XL forms of this product for my inkjet printer. Excellent and cost effective for my printer and never had any quality issues or malfunction over the many years I used the genuine product.

It's crazy how long these carts last. I've had my printer for about a year and use it fairly frequently, I just *now* ran out of the small starter ink. Also, these carts are super simple to install, you just pop it into the slot. There's nothing you need to break off the cart or extra unwrapping to do.

My old HP OfficeJet Pro inkjet finally quit after over 15 years of dependable service. I ended up buying a HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 as a replacement. The difference between the two is that the ink cartridges are much easier to replace (although they were never difficult). The quality remains excellent.

I chose the HP ink because of its high quality and reliability. I decided to buy the high volume cartridge so that I do not have to purchase so often. I decided to buy from Best Buy because it had a competitive price and it gave me an opportunity to check out other items I am interested in researching.

Ink cartridge very good value, crisp lettering on documents. Easy install, no smudging on papers.

I like the option of a larger black ink, cartdrige, I try to just use black for most of my printing! I.ve found it a little less elsewhere, but you usually by a double set of catridges. Not sure what storage life is!

The cost of ink... it is what it is. But putting cost aside, I would now always purchase Genuine HP Ink, from a retail store. There are just too many counterfeit inks out there, and you cannot tell real from fake. Most are packaged almost identically to the genuine product, both foil package and retail retail box, and they do not last long enough. Sometimes the ink will clog your printhead, and when that happens, it becomes even more costly. Stay away from cheap inks available online and always buy genuine HP inks.

HP ink is by far the way to go if you have a HP printer. Guaranteed quality, excellent performance and it doesn't gum up the print heads like the cheap knock-offs (I had to learn this the hard way). I am very happy with the quality of print, even on regular paper. I wouldn't think of using anything else.
