    Functional Desktop that Looks Good

The big selling point of this desktop is the design. While it does have an Intel I3 processor, 8GB RAM and 1TB drive, the specs don't stand out from lesser priced workstations. The design and the ability of the machine to be visible without being distracting is a strong point for this workstation. It's very quiet as well. Windows 10 comes preinstalled and works very well. The specs are sufficient for most daily uses of home PCs. I don't think graphic intensive applications for video editing or high end gaming would provide the best experience. I did set this up as a flight simulator running Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition (working on my private pilot license) and it runs this older game at highest settings. I also run Xplane 10 which is a newer simulator and cant run at the highest settings without lag but can run it so it is very serviceable at lower settings. Overall I am pleased with the design, lack of noise and performance for my needs.

The Pavilion Wave has a pretty nice configuration with a i3 Dual Core processor and 8GB of RAM. Pretty fast to perform any task you need and is enough for most programs. The B&O speakers in this thing are fantastic. Almost like having a bluetooth speaker built into the desktop. Really great sound and smooth performance. Only bad thing is the included keyboard/mouse. They are quite poor and I'd advise getting another keyboard/mouse combo to use instead.

Excellent PC in a Small Package

So far this computer has more than enough power and RAM to run multiple apps at once with minimal lag. The small design looks great and the built in speakers actually sound really good. The only issue so far is that it only has 3 USB 3.0 ports and no VGA or DVI port, so only newer monitors will work with this PC. I woud recommend this PC to anyone looking for a slightly higher than average build in a compact design.

I'll be very honest with this one. If you plan on using this computer for anything more than simple word documents and some simple internet use look other places. I would recommend getting the Core i5 version of this computer before you get this one. Pro's: Overall design is well thought out. The device is clean and nicely wrapped in a cloth like material that gives is a little bit of room style. I would not mind having this computer sitting next to my TV or even right on my desk as it has a very welcoming look. The sound out of the single speaker on top of the device from the little bit I have used it so far seems really good for such a small setup as well. Con's Unfortunately this computer is very very under powered. It is nice that they include 8GB of ram but ram is not everything. This computer tends to start dragging and hiccuping any time you try to do more than one thing. I could not watch a video and surf other web pages without response times being slow and sluggish. The i3 processor is just not up to the game of driving both the monitor and the computer. The i5 version has a dedicated video card and i feel that this version would have benefited from that arrangement as well. But for cost savings i can see why they did not include that. I honestly feel that the i3 processor in this computer just is not enough for someone who may use a computer for more than just the occasional word document or email. It chugs in a bad way when you attempt to do anything more. If all you want to do is load a single page and play music over the included speaker then I would say you are ok, but more than that and be warned it will feel really slow.

This little guy packs a punch. I have put it through a few tests to see how well it does under typical multitasking pressure and it survived and then some. It is very quiet. It fits perfectly on my desk. I like it. It has an hdmi port to connect a monitor and a few USB ports. No VGA connection available. No CD-Rom either which is kind of a bummer if you are like me and still use CDs. Other than that, this little guy is great for basic computing. I wouldn't suggest this as a gaming desktop unless you're just playing basic online games that don't require a lot to run them.
