Terrible product

It closed my garage door one time and after that it just said no response. I spoke to Insignia to tell them of the problem and after two and a half weeks I received an email that said to unplug it and install it again which I had already done about a dozen times. I finally returned it to the store.

TOTAL JUNK!!!

Strong wifi signal in garage, I used my iphone to open and close the garage door Got into my car and tried to close the door, NO RESPONSE!!! Took it back to Best Buy! NUFF SAID!!!

Doesn’t work

Won’t stay connected to HomeKit and I have excellent strength Wifi in my garage. Always says no response and that there is an obstruction. I tried shimming the sensor like others have suggested and that didn’t work. I am returning.

The loud noise you are referring to is the 5 second beep that our Garage Door Controller emits to alert the user that the door is closing, which is part of our safety requirements and also required as a UL listed device. If you do not believe this is the case, please feel free to contact us so we can determine if it is a different issue.

Doesn't work

It constantly communicates that the garage is opening/closing/not responding despite that everything should be functioning normally. I plan to return this item when I have the chance.

Not a good item

But it only worked a portion of the time. It didn’t close or open and often took a long time to get the status on the Apple Home app. I would not recommend this product.

bad Buy

Would not connect to our wi-fi

The website says it works with garage door manufactured after 1995. Customer support said it only works with certain models of openers.

Not worth it

Connects to WiFi but won't get added to Home
