It's not a bad product..just shortages out after a while

Easy to install and use but the music cuts in and out

I used different Hans free before but this is the best.

It works ok, but not as good as the broken one it replaced. There is a significant amount of speaker buzz when using this device. Buy a ground loop noise isolator to go between this device and your AUX port and it eliminates the noise.

Can not stand to use this when I do not have music playing because it makes a constant buzzing sound that will drive anyone crazy. You have to play the music through your phone for it to work so that means I can not listen to the radio.

I needed something to use until I could get my stereo put in my vehicle. Hard to use the phone because way too much static and the other party has trouble hearing you. Playing music not real bad.

Clarity is not very good. The connection drops. When I answer the call with my phone, the connection isn't automatic through the speakers of the car. Instructions are very broad and not helpful.

Made unwanted calls to last dialed. Buzz buzz buzz sound was constant. Switch between bt radio and phone was not seamless. Product returned better off with aux cable.

This was a bit of a disappointment. The Bluetooth tho connect well, had very poor sound quality. Returned item, bought a cheaper option that worked much better.

There is a lot of static and skipping with this kit. All in all, I feel like it is a piece of junk.

Purchased this to be able to talk hands free while in the car. Box makes it seem as though you plug it in and it should be ready to use anytime you are in the car via bluetooth. NOT the case... I still have not figured out how to make it work after I turned off car and then get back in to leave...it no longer works...do not know why? Do I have to set it up every time I get in the car...that is BAD??!!

It was an ok solution when I first installed. I ended up returning because I became unclear to callers.

Not sure why it's so great, Siri does the same thing this thing does and I can still listen to the radio if I use Siri.

I honestly thought I was buying a wireless system, but it turned out to be completely the opposite.

Tried to use this to replace a car Bluetooth that wasn’t functioning. It was like listening to a.m. radio. Terrible quality, And Best Buy wouldn’t take it back without a receipt, not even for store credit. If you think this will solve your problems with a malfunctioning car Bluetooth, it won’t. Buyer beware.

Only problem is microphone level a lot to be desired for sounds like your in a box may be defective mic.

Died in less than 4 days of owning the product. No fuse built in to cigarette lighter power adapter. I rewired device to a phone car charger and is working, but bluetooth connection is extremely poor. If I paid $5 bucks, I wouldn't be so disappointed, but for what Best Buy is selling this for, it IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Was unable to install in car even though was told compatible with all cars.

In my 2008 Ford Expedition, although it works if LINE IN is selected and active, BUT, if I have it playing Radio or CD, the device does not interrupt Radio or CD that's playing. You have to switch to LINE IN, then answer the phone. And, that's IF you catch the phone ringing.

I've tried three times to get this fully functional yet.
