Q: Can I use this without it being set on a radio station
A: The BluStream only works through a 3.5mm jack auxiliary input connection, not through FM modulation. Your radio must have this type of auxiliary input connection to be compatible.
A: You have to switch to AUX to get sound from the phone to the radio.
A: Hey Alina, Unfortunately, this does require both power and an aux port. This is essentially just a wireless auxiliary cable. So, one end is aux, and the other end is bluetooth. There's just no connection to your phone that's required as far as "plugging in". Hope this helps!

A: Yes, I bought this item and I can talk with Siri and "she" talks to me. I used the navigation directions from my phone and it plays on the car stereo speakers. I just need to figure out my phone options to start the directions once I tell Siri map a route.
Q: Will this work on a 2005 Acura rsx
A: If you have a free power jack and AUX input port, then yes it will. It works surprisingly better than I expected but with a couple of issues. You run the calls or streaming through the Aux setting. When you are not streaming anything there is some horrible feedback interference. Second issue is that the Mic needs to be placed as close to the driver as possible. I have not tried the visor positioning yet, but on the dash the mic is a little soft on the receiving end.
