I installed this device on a 2007 mercedes r350 and it works great just as advertised

It works great for long road trips and you need hands free.

So simple to install and simple to swap from vehicle to vehicle if needed. Once it's in, it connects automatically next time you get in the car. No more searching for wires or unplugging before you get out.

I purchased this to get Bluetooth connectivity in my car so I didn't have to hook up my phone to the auxiliary cable when I wanted to listen to something. For that it works decently well, but connectywhen entering the car requires hitting the call button or unplugging it and replugging the power. My biggest issue is when no audio is being sent over Bluetooth there is a lot of noise from what sounds like a ground loop. I haven't had this issue while using my aux input before getting this and the whining I'd clearly coming from it.

New, in the box, great product, met all expectations.

It is more than I was needing, but had features that I wanted. Primarily I wanted a hands free phone and text device that was large enough to see and easy to use. The maps and directions are good.

Amazing device... the only flaw i would have to give is that when your FaceTiming or talking on the phone of your talking threw Bluetooth people can’t hear you... it’s also a hassle to switch out cords every time you want to talk

It's a very easy device to setup and use. The sound out of the car speakers is great and when calling my wife the sound is clear on both phones.

Linking up sometimes takes longer than expected, but works excellent for hands free phone calls, and plays music clearly through truck stereo from pandora and spotify

Still trying to learn how o adjust this Bluetooth but love the sound of my music from my phone over the car speakers. Got the music down now to just get the phone calls in & out .

This item works well when it is in use but if you are not using it it creates an aweful noise, so you have to turn the volume all the way down or turn the radio off.

Product worked better than I thought. Have had other similar products that didn't work as well. The sound that comes through the speakers works very well

While the equipment is somewhat confusing it is perfectly functional, providing an affordable way to listen to your portable devices over your car radio. With no permanent installation it allows you to take it to any car you choose. The one improvement it could do with, in my opinion, is incorporating the hands free phone connection into the main device instead of requiring you to plug on into the other. Using Bluetooth for calls is an option on our devices, I don't need to be required to physically choose it as well, especially not by adding an easily misplaced part. This last point is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating.

Able to use my existing car stereo and connect to my mobile phone and listen to music, make calls, etc. Much, much cheaper than purchasing and installing a newer stereo unit.

Simple easy to use. Sound quality is great for those with just an aux port. 2nd time buying since the plug like any head phone gave out after 2 years.

Great product, wish it didn't have so many cords though. I'm a little OCD, it can get in the way so I don't use the phone portion and didn't unravel it all the way

AZ is going hands free and this is the most cost effective way to keep my daughter safe. When using the extension button the sound level and quality is very good.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He needed something for his car that would allow him to be hands free while talking on the phone in his car. He is very pleased with the performance. I am happy that it makes him safer.

Connectivity isn't all that great. I have to manually connect to it every time I get in the car. Sounds it's okay and calls are kind of come and go. For the price it's okay but it could definitely be better.
