If I don't receive good customer service somewhere, I don't go back. The employee that works in the shop always provides great customer service, unfortunately I don't know his name.

No bass a lot of rattle not satisfied at all
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For starters I have a 2013 Scion frs which is known for its terrible audio system and I miss my old door speakers they had so much more bass and way less rattle and the sound was way more clear, Im so sick of these and I've only had them installed for 4 days I really want to try and get a refund when I get my sub installed in 7 days but I doubt they will let me, looking to switch to an Alpine instead. I do not recommend.
