I bought a new car and had better than average stock speakers. I wanted to upgrade my car audio as I drive a lot and love music. I was told that these are the best speakers they sell for the price and was able to get half off for a Black Friday Deal. Unfortunately, even with the bass up to +10 in my car audio settings, the bass sounds like it’s about half of the level it was at in the stock speakers and I am now stuck with figuring out if I should pay hundreds more for a subwoofer and amp to be installed or take the loss and re-install the old speakers I had before. These are very clear speakers in terms of highs and mids if you don’t require bass, but not very loud or punchy and feel hollow if you do.
