Good unit but complicated to use for this old pers

Worked for 20 minutes, turned it off due to not connecting to my phone and would not go back on. Called the installation dept and brought it back in. Started to work and we thought it was a fluke. Drove home and turned if off again, would not come back on. We called the store and switched it out the next day. When we left to go back to the store it would not come on.
