It's an OK radio but the reaction/response is to slow after touch

Pros: Looks nicer than expected. Faster than expected. I read reviews saying it’s slow but î don’t think so at all. Many features. Louder than my aux. Easy to use and easy to set up Bluetooth! Î love this radio !!!!!! You can install a camera for backing up which I’ll do later. Con: When î play Spotify, ît doesn’t let me navigate on the phone for songs. Î think it’s a safety feature but sometimes passengers prefer to navigate from the phone. No navigation system.

The product was safe and easy to install the fit my Mitsubishi outlander 2003 perfectly, I would recommend this product to any other buyer.

Poor signal, doesn't maintain channel memory presets, won't connect to Bluetooth a lot of times. Poor quality.

Nothing working right it freezes won't connect after the time

I can't believe the poor quality of the stereo tuner. Before having this unit installed, I was able to pick up certain stations with my stock radio that I am now unable to get with this one. There is no reason that a 100KW non-directional station should drop out within a 25 mile radius from the transmitter. This happens with multiple stations, not just one. The installation was done by Best Buy and I do feel that it was done correctly. However, I work for a 30KW station in the area and I start losing the signal about 20 miles before I even get to the fringe of our coverage area. I returned to Best Buy and the installer removed the dash for me to inspect because I was certain the antennae wasn't plugged in securely but, it was. I am taking it back next week to be replaced or my stock stereo we be re-installed because this one is useless. I have never seen a tuner with such poor reception. I would like to know if I'm the only one having this problem or is this becoming the standard with JVCKenwood

I purchased this JVC and the installation was included with the purchase, so i made my appointment and had to wait like 3 weeks, i went to the store located on atlantic blvd in Jacksonville fl, i took the radio and the required harness for the installation, the harness i provided was recommended for my jeep and this radio ( not purchased at best buy), the day of the installation the technician checked the harness and said the he cant install my radio because the harness i provided will take more time for him to install it, and will bee and extra charge of $100 more or less at i have to buy a $100 harness at the store. SO i proceed and return the radio right away.
