Bought to replace stock radio. Love the flat, touch screen display. Connects and works with phone, all hands free.

I bought this to replace my stock radio that I have been using a FM receiver to convert to hand free calling. This was a great buy and has all the features I use regularly. I was also getting tired of buying stick on brackets to hold my phone when using GPS. This is a great device and probably will buy another soon to replace in my other car.

Been using this Double Din receiver for about 3 weeks now, and no issues. Fast booting, easy navigation. iPod and Android Auto connections are great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this unit.

This unit has much higher quality sound then the stock unit. Large display is very clear, and carplay works great. Voice decognition is also a great feature. we can send text msgs and make calls just by speaking to it. Great hands free unit.

I bought this for my son for his 16th birthday so that he could play music via bluetooth and carplay. This is also safer because he is able to receive calls through the stereo system speakers. I am very happy with this purchase.

This receiver has many great features. The Apple CarPlay is a must have feature. Navigation is fairly easy. I was fortunate to get it during the Black Friday sale and received a discounted price plus free installation.

I absolutely love this receiver it is 1 million times better than the stock radio that my Toyota Corolla came with. I love that it is touchscreen and the Apple CarPlay makes navigation 1 million times easier.

Torrance geek squad no help signal hill geek squad too much I paid same for the price of the item. to install a back up camera and the customer service at signal hill can't even print my email so the geek squad installer can install my item I'm never going back to signal hill store and Torrance store

Great radio love it it has everything I need on it

I am retired and wanted to install myself. I had (undocumented) wiring issues. Best But tech support bailed me out only to discover the model I bought would not run Android. Naples tech had me switched to another head unit quickly and without pain. I ran into (undocumented) wiring issues with the new head unit and tech guys bailed me out again. I would not have survived my self-install without great tech support form people with great people skills as well. Even after several visits, they did not run when they saw me coming. I love my JVC in my Corvette. I recommend buying from Best Buy if you want to buy the best head unit for your needs and want to install yourself.

Bought this setup last April 2018 and it's still running great. The only cons for this would be that it doesn't support Samsung's latest device, S10+ for Android Auto (not JVC's fault, rather a Google/Samsung issue) . It worked flawlessly with my iPhone 7 Plus' CarPlay. No biggie though, Bluetooth connectivity is great and audio for music and calls are pretty clear. I had some old CD's in my car that I played and playback was pretty nice as well. Great USB functionality and fast charge. All in all, a great buy. Even comes with a remote however I rarely used it as the controls and easily accessible.

Best Buy installed radio and did a great job. Only knock on radio is in Xm the presets are on the side of the screen and cutoff the artists and song titles. Cannot be minimized. Other than that, good product.

This stereo was easy to install, works with both apple and android products which is a huge bonus and just looks nice even in my old truck. Super easy to use.

I've owned a lot of stereos in my day, but none compare to this one. The sound is rich and the apple car play is worth every penny.

Sounds good and works great with Android Auto! Had to wire the park switch to ground to get it to pair as my Ford didn't have a park switch sensor in the harness.
