Even after giving your employee the make/model of my car that he said fits my car the bracket did not fit.

I only bought it to have music in my work truck. It was about $700 cheaper than replacing the factory amp and head unit.

Not bad for price wish i would have gotten carplay

returned this receiver because calling waiting didn't work. Other than that it was on ok radio

Brought radio back couldn't fix clock problem. 1 hr off pain in the but.

Sound quality is ok for price but you can not go full screen with your phone

Was not the unit I wanted however, no real selection choices on the shelf. I had the car audio installer at Best Buy install it and my Pre owned amplifier and Sub And he fried my amplifier and lied about it to me. I will say that at least he replaced it with a new one all be it AA much smaller and lesser quality 1. So yeah paid lots of money for new stuff and install and my stereo pretty much sucks because of the little baby out that he put in there without my consent.

After a very easy install the radio just isnt good. Its doesnt have many features and the bluetooth connection is spotty at best. Swapped it out for a kenwood excelon head unit and now have no issues. This is a case of you get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrible product. Poor quality, poor installation. Doesnt keep time, sounds horrible. Don’t buy it or have installed at Best Buy.

This is my second model of the first installed radio. Same issue as first, will not keep time. Noticed in store high number of JVC radio stations in open box and returned bin. Installer just shrugged me off. I would like for system to tell the Tim. In real time. Best Buy is the worst when it comes to standing behind a product that they serve

Very unintuitive, changing settings was a hassle. And I really did not like the "touch" style, rather than physical buttons for volume control

It’s ok but it doesn’t mirror with iPhone on the jvc mirror app. The technicians said that once plugged in to usb mirror would also work but it didn’t. I am very disappointed.

Honestly it is what it is i mean it does its job works good just dont like the touch and the sound adjustments no so well could be better but you get what u get

The install appears to be done professionally but the technician did not hook the antenna back up to the new radio and the radio cuts in and out while its on. Also failed to inform me that my factory subwoofer wouldn’t work with the new radio. No big deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. Not pleased with this and need it fixed ASAP!

Problem is I haven’t hooked it up yet can’t find anybody who has an opening for me to have them do it at Best Buy

Limited features with this unit. When installed, had no reverse camera function leading to wire chasing to ultimately leading to a fault with the unit. Intermittent speaker function on all four speakers leading to more time ohm testing speakers and shorts to ground. The return process was easy. I did buy a KENWOOD after so the harness was relatively the same so minimal wiring.

radio reception sucks, I keep getting disconnected from screen mirror every few minutes. Video input for reverse camera sucks. I've double checked all connection and I know its this stereo. I had a pioneer I swapped into other car and I might put back in to replace this

Decent unit, just randomly stopped working 2 weeks after install.

bad audio quality, doesn’t work well with my speakers, has static noise background, the interface is slow and outdated, and has very basic features. I don’t recommend this at all, i recommend saving a bit more and buying something with carplay.
