Only fault is difficult to read during bright days

Geek squad did a nice job on installation. Not there fault that AM did not work. Can't read nav if wearing sunglasses while driving. Wish the old radio and nav in my Solara could have been salvaged.

Radio stations are hard to get to. The list scrolls, so I cannot easily change stations, without staring at the console. This is dangerous.

I’ve installed several of my own receivers over the years, and I’ve had more trouble with this one then any other one I’ve purchased. The biggest issue I’ve had is that the Audio cuts out when I hit bumps in the road. For the longest time I thought it was a wiring issue, but after trying other units it’s clear this unit is the problem. Touch screen is also very slow and non-responsive. Save yourself some grief and spend the money for a better unit.

For starters this product is to overpriced for what it is worth. This navigation system does not have built in lifetime traffic update you have to purchase a separate subscription, and then to use the traffics you have to have the USB connected from the radio to your phone so you can have the traffic working, and it goes based of your cellular data so if you don't have unlimited data I'd stay away from this product.

I love my new ew stereo system. It really sounds great when it isn't cutting out on me.

Did a lot of research on head units and after long consideration went with this and was not disappointed. Install was simple, apple car play is amazing, navigation is very easy to use with all the features you need. Sound is very good with stock speakers, bluetooth is great, mic is clear, I really have nothing bad to say. Maybe could benefit from 2 usb ports instead of one but not a big loss. Definitely well worth the money. Best Buy on the other hand... stood around for almost 20 mins waiting for someone to help me, then had to go find someone, which was another 10 mins for them to radio to someone to come help me who really didn't know anything about the product. Thankfully I didn't need him to answer any questions. They didn't have the dash kit or the antenna adapter in stock, which was probably a good thing because ends up that I don't need an antenna adapter for my vehicle (2007 Honda Element) saved 17 dollars there. The unit definitely deserves a 5 star, best buy deserves one star for actually having the unit in stock but for wasting so much of my time when I walked in the store knowing what I wanted and ready to purchase it. Should not take that long.

Really like it,but screen is impossible to see in bright daylight from certain angles.

I really wanted this radio in my pickup bad but your Tech was unable to install it in my pickup because of the cameras being connected to the Mirror and so he was unable to connect the cameras to the radio and that was the purpose of me getting the radio so I was able to see when I was backing up with a bigger picture and so I had to return the radio

Salesman and installer never informed us that we would lose the capability to adjust front to back & side to side speaker functions which we had with our stock jeep radio until after they installed radio and we took jeep home. Installer cut out dash support to install radio instead of just trimming to make radio fit. (Watched video of installation on you tube and saw that support did not need to be cut).

Terrible install. Total of 15.5 hours spent between 2 stores for install. Still unit doesnt always turn on. My back up alert that was factory on my SUV now is silent. Can't hear the usual beeping alert anymore. Stereo always has error message to close window on stereo at start up. Tech said software was update would eliminate this window message that has to be closed every time I start the vehicle.

So far Apple Car Play doesn't work. FM reception is poor at best. Very disappointed!!!
