I changed out my original 2004 Toyota Sienna radio for this one . I am not disappointed. Everything works great, still learning how to use all of the functions. The only thing i don't like are the volume buttons ect. are a bit small and hard to read at night but I'm old so it may not be the radio lol.

This is a surprisingly low-quality head unit and we are quite disappointed. We had the installers make recommendations for our 2002 BMW 525i, and this is what they said would be best. Turns out it has numerous issues, all related to very poor design. First, the lack of a physical input for volume control is unpleasant. Fortunately, the unit interfaces correctly with he in-car controls. Second, the software quality is abysmally simple to the point the only functional aspect is the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. For the money paid, it's laughably underwhelming. Third, and most problematic, the display is atrocious. I'd be surprised if it managed 250 nits, the resolution is likely 720p at best, the contrast ratio is unusable, and the faceplate is as reflective as a mirror, conspiring to make it nearly impossible to see unless it's night. I am deeply unhappy with my purchase, but can do nothing about it. The car had been in the shop after the installation, and has passed the return period. I even bought into their TotalTech plan, which you'd think would help. I'm glad we kept the original Becker speakers. They do sound beautifully warm. OEM gear - 1, Best Buy - 0.

This is a great stereo. One thing I have seen in some reveiws of this and its JVC counter parts that may discourage some buyers is the time needing to be reset frequently. I found the solution if its something that would keep you from purchasing. All you have to do is after you initially set the time at first time set up is set the time 3 times in a row. Since I have done this it hasnt reverted back or lost time.

Clean and clear display. Simple controls. Good sound with an easy to use built in eq with presets.

High image quality, user friendly menus, and very sensitive touch screen, I highly recommend it

Excellent components and install. The only thing that was left unclear was whether or not I was going to be able to use the existing steering wheel controls for this system? This is still unclear and will need to go back to the store to get my answer.
