Head Unit

Not a good choice

The only reason I purchased a new receiver was to have bluetooth hands free for my phone. The sound was better in the factory unit I replaced. During the day you can't see the screen because the glare is so bad. I even put an anti glare screen protector on it which helped a little. I'll probably pull this one and put the factory unit back in. Wish I had returned it earlier.

Stereo Change

Wish it would have more options, I definitely recommend getting a amp and sub to go along with it as well as a upgrade for the speakers

Don’t buy

You’ll be driving and it starts a say 7am 10 mins later it’s 2pm Reset its self when using CarPlay then again next time you start car it’s a different time. Called company and they couldn’t find a solution. Now stuck with a crappy stereo

In the daytime, the console is almost always unreadable. Steering wheel controls work great. Apple Play is nice - though on this model, not bluetooth compatible, so you need to plug in. Installed on 2011 F150 XLT
