Good radio the only downfall I’d say about this is every now and then the CarPlay doesn’t pick up when plugged in(maybe my cord)

Love the radio with apple carplay. The radio is excellent and the larger backup camera is outstanding. The man who installed was super nice and helpful, explaining everything and had it all set up & ready. He was great!

It doesn’t fit in the dash the best it could….. But the sound and everything is OK

Despite some Covid related install issues, the combo of 1800 Geek squad, car audio in conjunction with the Covington, La. car audio gurus, everything worked out. I love across the lake, bought my stuff from that store. Best Buy free installation , Yes!

This was a great replacement to the stock 6cd changer in my 2006 Sienna. Dont forget the wiring harness and the steerling wheel controller.

I love it. Its completely hands free. My adult children keeps wanting to steal it.

Not a bad unit but has poor AM reception, could not receive a local AM Station that was 20m miles away

I wish I had left the stock radio in. This unit has been a big disappointment so far. Right off the bat the steering wheel controls would only work intermittently, then not at all. This, after spending $100 for the gadget that would ensure the steering controls would work. Brought it back and the tech "reset" something then all was fine...sort of. Android Auto is unusable as it freezes the head unit either after connecting for a minute or maybe after 30 minutes. The only way to fix it is to park, turn off the car then turn it back on. A total pain and there is no fix in site from Google. Different usb cables have been tried, caches emptied and updates performed. AA is unusable in its present condition most days (some days it works great). I pretty much wasted hundreds of dollars for something that only works sometimes. Not BB's or Kenwood's fault, I think this is totally on Google putting out a garbage app. The internet is full of this same problem from lots of other users. I should have just left well enough alone. As for the unit itself, it's complicated to use, some icons overlap each other and the touchscreen buttons on the left side are small and impossible to read.

Good radio. Purchased it primarily for the Android function. Setup and functions of radio a bit cumbersome.

The Sirus free code did not work. The installer was very friendly and kind . He explained how to work the radio very clear

This unit is good and the person who installs is great any time I have a problem he fixes it.

Best Buy installation was awesome. My daughter has enjoyed the new Kenwood receiver and I appreciate the hands free phone.
