I'M A LITTLE UPSET

I contacted Kenwood and was told to update software. But the software is not Macbook supportive so I'm stuck with a file on a usb that doesn't read on mac or my double din.

It has Apple Carplay builit in which is certainly worth its weight in gold for Apple users. No lag at all, smooth transitions. Great product with expert installation by Best Buy Geek Squad

Great Disapointment

It lacks in features. The sound quality isn't what I've come to expect from Kenwood. I'm disappointed with the fact that Kenwood is following the path of so many previously high end manufactures. They have moved their production to China. The touch screen is not very responsive. Since even the volume is touch I resorted to using a remote! Also, in order to utilize Carplay or Android Auto, you have to connect via USB. I find that rather inconvenient, especially if you get it and out of your vehicle often, like when making deliveries or shopping...
