So far seems to be a great product, took a little getting used to though. Kind of a big learning curve.

The product is good so far, But my review will focus more on the service and initial ordering of the products for the two cars that I had radios installed in. 2016 Honda HRV install for radio: When we went to order the parts, we were asked lots of questions, about the what radio and camera we wanted and they told us all the extra parts that we would need based on the model/make of the car. We don’t know anything about radio installs, so we agreed to paying extra for the parts we needed. However, the day of the install, we got a call about all the additional parts that we would need, including a different radio ($300) that would allow the rear camera and side mirror camera to work with the unit. We also paid extra for a new controller ($$) that would allow the steering wheel controls to work with the radio. Oh and by the way, we don’t have those items, so we will have to reschedule your appointment. VERY FRUSTRATING! Best Buy should know what parts are needed based off of the car they are installing in. Customers SHOULD NOT have to get a call and pay extra for items that Best Buy did not think about when pricing the install. So far on this car, the radio seems to work fine. 2012 Honda Civic radio and back-up camera install: This car install was pretty much the same. With increased cost on parts that they did not originally quote us on. The other disappointing thing about this install, is that the tech installed the usb connector in the glove box instead of where the original usb connector is in the middle console. UGH!! In addition, the rear camera has a feature that has lines that show up that aid in parking the vehicle. However, the feature was turned off, because they said that it’s too hard to get the camera lined up to get it to work. Why would you sell/install a product that you can’t install correctly??? Lastly, we noticed that a microphone was installed on the steering wheel console for the phone??? Why was that not placed near the rear view mirror where it cannot be broken or where it would be less intrusive? BTW the mic for the HRV was placed in the right location. In short, very disappointed in the install.

love the rear camera and how it looks in our dash. Haven't learned all features yet but am happy.

Nice head unit. Screen is high quality. Wish it had physical buttons. Would buy again.

Absolutely love!! My phone is always charged it’s extremely convenient and it’s fancy looking.

I’m very impressed so far. Great sound, really bought if Becuase of the shallow mount feature. Got it in 4th gen Ram. I’ve burnt up 2 head units and I’m almost certain due to lack of breathing room.
