Like the unit a lot. Made music very clear. Some of the tech and user interface seems like it isn't there yet. But great try.

Very clear and crisp sound; easy to install. All components work well and easy to navigate.

I would have initially given this 5 stars, but after having it for 11 months the screen quit working. Kenwood handled it and repaired it under warranty, so I can’t complain. If I hadn’t have had this issue it would have been an easy 5 stars. Plenty of options for crossovers & equalizer settings, Apple CarPlay works flawlessly, overall a pretty decent head unit.

Everything about this radio is as advertised...the radio reception is superior, controls are intuitive. The only reason this is not a 5 star is the USB link to an andoid phone which has spotty operation and has dropped out on occassion when using the Waze Ap.

This stereo system has upgraded my car tremendously. My cd player went out and I needed to replace it. My son suggested I upgrade the entire system. The salesman was very helpful. He recognized what I needed and put it all together for me and my appt. with the "geek squad" for installation was very smooth. I love having Bluetooth and WAZE. It looks as if it has always been in my car.

This is a very nice car stereo for the price. Everything works on it as expected. Being able to connect by Bluetooth to play your playlist from Spotify and being able to navigate GPS through the stereo speakers with Google maps from my phone is awesome. With the USB connection you will be able to see the GPS off your phone on the stereo screen, an awesome feature. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I put this in a Avalanche that had a 6 disc changer in it. (Changer froze up). The installer said I needed to cut into the dash in the back, but that was not the case with this radio. The wiring harness is a bear to figure out, but works fine even with the steering wheel controls. Must get the $120.00 adapter kit to plug in for it to work with it and the onstar.

You'll get the most out of this product if you have unlimited data to use the GPS and applications accessed via your phone. Apple car play is very responsive. The Android version is slower.

WORKS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE PIONEER I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT AND BB INSTALLED -- FUNCTIONS SMOOTHLY AND EASILY AND THE APPLY CAR PLAY MAKES IT ALL SO FABULOUS WITH VOICE ACTUATION OF SO MANY FUNCTIONS!! GREAT CHOICE AND GREAT INSTALL BY BB!! MY BEST BUD BOUGHT THE SAME AND IS ALSO VERY HAPPY WITH THE CHOICE

This is the best I've seen in a while. Easy to use and so many options to customize. I love that I can even see my vehicle tire pressure on screen. Awesome

I love my in dash radio. I really enjoy how it hooks up to my phone as soon as I turn on my ignition. I don't have to fumble with it. I enjoy easy touch when I want to go through different radio stations, go to my internet stations or waves.

I like most things about this item. I have had problems with the Android Auto and comparability with my phone. I had to buy a new phone for it to work and still not 100% more like 85%. I had to buy a new phone anyway as I was having other issues with my phone. Other problem is the system comes with Waze navigation icon on the screen and says it works with Waze, but the newer version of Waze does not work on this system. so don't buy it if you really want Waze. It works well with google Maps navigation. I am still learning a few things with the system, I have to go back for another camera installation and the Service man at Best Buy is very good and extremely helpful. Be aware that I have only had the system for about 5 weeks.
