This is a great device but I would have like to have known that it’s not compatible with iPhonex and that it has other features but it a comes as an add on and not much info is given about it.

This is a significant upgrade over the factory radio. I have had no issues at all with it. There is a bit of a learning curve. My only complaint is the KENWOOD connect app isn’t very user friendly. But I use Apple CarPlay instead anyway.

This receiver has all the options at an economical price. The sound quality is exceptional. It is easily upgradeable to receive satellite radio signals. Has outputs for simplistic subwoofer/ amplifier installation. Setting up your Bluetooth connection is a breeze.

I was advised to purchase the Kenwood radio over the Pioneer, because of the longevity Supposed to last longer. I’ve only had the radio about a year and a half and it just started shutting of off and coming back on all by itself.

This is a very nice unit with few shortcomings. The Best Buy add showed an image with HD radio option; problem... This unit does not have HD radio... The Dual phone hookup is quite nice.

Replaced a Pioneer head unit with this Kenwood. 1000% happier with the Kenwood. It is more responsive (faster start up and auto switching to camera) and more consistent. The pioneer would randomly disconnect from Apple CarPlay.

Good equipment and provide new tools for old car such as music, Bluetooth, camera and phone connection. We waited 3 weeks for installation. The bestbuy’s technician for installation was very kind and professional. Thanks.

Nice radio decent graphics it’s great to have the option of having Apple CarPlay in an older vehicle having your text read to you is wonderful while driving

I mistakenly purchased this instead of the Excelon version, which has HD radio and was capable of connecting to the Kenwood dash camera. Aside from the juvenile graphics and poor UI, the product is a good one.

I have had Auto receivers that were absolutely junk for a steep price . When I was introduced to the Kenwood 7 I changed my views on the ever getting a good product that worked for my truck and myself...

Great product, it took some time to get use to due to all the bells and whistles it has. You won't be disappointed.

Kenwood does it again with another great radio. I love the touchscreen and all the functionality it has. Apple Car Play makes the radio that much better. Great product and easy to learn.

Amazing unit. Did a lot for research before I purchased and I am not disappointed. The Garmin mapping is exceptionally good. They have come along way in making their UI top notch.

It fit perfectly on my honda civic '07. Looks nice and it has good functionalities. The only problem I had, is that sometimes when I connect my phone (galaxy s9+) it says "unsupported device".

Works well. Navigating all of the different screens takes time to get used to. The touch screen isn't very sensitive. Sometimes you have to touch it a couple times to work.

Issues, one after the other, installed by Best Buy but not set up. Currently setting up the features, finding the associated Kenwood app has a low rating. Android play just acts weird, Low visibility in daylight. Getting to make phone calls was fine, but unable as of yet to hear or talk to called or caller. It has been a very long process for setup. I am thinking about returning it or simply taking a loss.

Love it! This product had everything I needed all in one and was very easy to install. I love the camera set up for better viewing of behind me as I'm reversing.

After I got the radio installed by Best Buy I was so happy, it works and it have very clear sounds to the speakers

Crazy good headunit the options, setting, and functionality of this is a work of art and this is coming from someone who bought pioneer his whole life.
