A: In order to see data from car like tire pressure, ac controls, etc you would need to integrate iDataLink adapter (3rd party accessory)

A: Yes, you can mirror Apple Maps or the Waze app from your phone to the touchscreen. It will read the directions to you if you are streaming audio from your phone.
A: Yes, additional things such as a harness kit which could range from $10-$100. In assuming with a basic Nissan it’d be towards the cheaper end like my Hyundai Elantra was! Also little wire adaptors also need to be purchased... When I bought my radio unit it costs about $430 (after tax) and about $70 for the wires and harness. A Best Buy worker would help you to figure this all out for your specific car if you go in and ask! They’re very helpful as I just went through this process. (They did order the wrong harness at first for me so that was a pain...but other than that it was perfect!)

Q: Does this device work with the iPhone X series phone and will I still have access to OnStar?
A: It does work my iPhone XS Max without a problem at all. I have Onstar in my vehicle but not sure if it is activated since I don’t use it. There are two USB plugins for this that I had installed through the dash. It charges both iPhone X’s Attached to it but aappke CarPlay prioritizes the first phone plugged into it rather than a particular USB. It also has dual Bluetooth as well which I haven’t really tested out since able to operate and charge through USB. Works great.
