Yes, additional things such as a harness kit which could range from $10-$100. In assuming with a basic Nissan it’d be towards the cheaper end like my Hyundai Elantra was! Also little wire adaptors also need to be purchased... When I bought my radio unit it costs about $430 (after tax) and about $70 for the wires and harness. A Best Buy worker would help you to figure this all out for your specific car if you go in and ask! They’re very helpful as I just went through this process. (They did order the wrong harness at first for me so that was a pain...but other than that it was perfect!)
