It does work my iPhone XS Max without a problem at all. I have Onstar in my vehicle but not sure if it is activated since I don’t use it. There are two USB plugins for this that I had installed through the dash. It charges both iPhone X’s Attached to it but aappke CarPlay prioritizes the first phone plugged into it rather than a particular USB. It also has dual Bluetooth as well which I haven’t really tested out since able to operate and charge through USB. Works great.
