Absolutely terrible. The Kenwood App, for YouTube to even work with it, is absolutely worthless. Crashes constantly. It's useless. Additionally, the screen constantly goes through an advertisement process to advertise its functions with the Apple App, Android Audio, Kenwood, Bluetooth, etc.; and goes through several flash screens while you are trying to use the touchscreen. It constantly interrupts what you're trying to do. This touch screen has been the absolute worst.

Carplay doesnt work correctly, the Kenwood app doesnt work correctly. When plugged in using your phone cord the music skips, freezes and most of the time doesnt play. When the radio gets hot it does this the most. Waze doesnt work either, the apps are garbage. I even updated the head unit and it still doesnt work correctly. I should have returned it but i was to lazy. It was better than my stock radio thats for sure

Asked which one was best for playing DVD they picked this one finally had time to install it and doesnt play DVD

My older pioneer 4400nex worked way better. this one has too many confusing options

WEBLINK is still in it's 1st generation. NOT WORTH BUYING ANYTHING WITH WEBLINK for now. Useless, have to have phone unlocked and on at all times. Just use your phone...it's faster

Let me start by saying i LOVE this unit!! Its really easy to use and works great! You may ask WHY did I buy this? few reasons....1.) my wife bought a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq this year with "all the bells and whistles". After seeing what her car could do (back up camera, infotainment center..etc. I was REALLY jealous..(ok, I admit it). I have a 2010 Chevy Cobalt LT. It only has 74,000 miles on it so It will be a great car for many years to come. I digress, we saw this head unit in best buy for $349.99 with FREE installation along with a back up camera. Needless to say we didn't need anything else to know, we were sold. they said they couldn't install for about a week. (not a problem). My install was for Friday 2:00 pm so we dropped off the car Thursday night. The tech called at 2:30 FRIDAY!!! and said it WAS DONE!! Incredible service and works like I said perfectly!! HIGHLY recommend this unit and the install job Best Buy does. I bought mine from a Best Buy in Findlay,Ohio and love it!!

Bright screen and stupid graphics make this horrible for night driving. Find something else.

Kenwood says their app is mandatory; it's not. Which is good because it's awful. Don't bother with it. luckily Android Auto and Apple Carplay are excellent and use can use them instead. The sound is incredible, it's having new speakers, and Waze is so user friendly and of course points out the cops. the install technician at geek squad was fantastic and showed me how to use it. No more using one of those dashboard things to strap my phone to! Just be prepared to wait a long time for install , but it's totally worth it. My 2007 honda feels like a new car now

The sound in the car sounds really good. The lighting looks great. There are so many things, you can do with this equipment. My son is still learning more capabilities it will do. He thinks equipment looks really great in his car. So far he is very happy.

Just purchased this unit, and had it installed at Yorba Linda bestbuy. The installer was a very knowledgeable and friendly professional. I have a 2010 Honda Civic 2 door coupe. I also purchased 4 new 6.5" Kicker speakers and a hideaway Kicker sub. OMG, my listening experience is total Heaven. The only thing about this unit, is that you can't play video (unless you jailbreak your iPhone, etc.) but other than that, if you just want to listen to music, podcasts etc. I have no complaints for the price. Just a tip: I was using a 'generic' lightning iPhone cable for CarPlay, and my connection was glitching in and out. I switched to a 'factory' lightning cable, and that solved this issue.

Put this in with my factory speakers. I don’t want to get out of the vehicle!!! I have installed many aftermarket in my years of upgrading cars. This is the best by far!!

This is a good unit once I got it set up. I replaced a defective Pioneer unit with this one. The sound is a little muddy with this one but the interface is much better. Overall, it's a good unit without the lag of the Pioneer I replaced it with. Don't care for the nag screen at each startup though.

Remember you can't watch while you drive. Will need to by pass the break ground to operate during driving

Bought a car stereo and within two years it’s stopped working . Paid to have it removed, paid to have it shipped to the repair, paid off almost $200 for the repair, paid to have it sent back, paid to have it installed . Within two months of getting it back it stopped working again with the exact same problem. They will not warrantee their work or their product save your money and go with someone who will stand behind what they sell. Kenwood used to be great.. it’s not any more.

Radio worked great for 2 days. Then it started acting up. Screen freezes. The album artwork quit coming up when you change songs. I know these are dumb little things to get mad about but when you pay $400 dollars for a radio you expect all the features to work right. Like I said worked flawlessly for 2 days then just stopped.

Bad Circuit Board. Less than two (2) years old. Out of Warranty $ 400 repair. You decide. High costs for high risk.
