Not as easy to use as other head units with Androi

I've only used it for a couple days, and I expect good things out of it. Once we figured out how to use it, it seems to work better. However, the mirror link app that comes with the head unit absolutely sucks, but this doesn't matter too much as you will eventually just use Android auto app.

Easy to use CD player

The double din kit we needed to hook it up, was not in stock. That’s fine, the worker that helped us said that we would have them in the mail, in 2 days. They did not arrive In 2 days. Took about a week, due to them being shipped from somewhere else. They were also out of stock, where it was ordered. We were sent the wrong one, waited so long for it though, that my husband made it work. This doing this though the metal piece that goes around it, to secure it more in place is not on it. It did not fit in the compartment with it. We had also gone to Best Buy because we like that they hook it up for you. Then we wouldn’t have to worry about it. My husband was not sure how to hook up a couple of different things. Wires to use GPS, and Back up Camera. We have the two wires hanging in the back still. Just not hooked up. We had bought this one specifically because of all the features that came with it. We were told the guy that hooked them up, just up, and quit.
