They don't even stand behind their product!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the amp caught on fire, not even 2 months in. couldn't return or exhange because it was past the date. warranty claims is almost impossible with kenwood. it's so hard to find the information, but i would have to take it in for them to service it and i may have to pay. the fuses never tripped and luckily i cause it before it got worse. I used their 12 in sub. 2 of them so 500watts rms. even their 4 channel amp. and this still happened. i'm finally trying to reach out to someone beacuase it's been a pain. this was the start of how i lost my car and everything. system was broken into and stolen right after this unit causht on fire and i had to leave my car there. long story short, cannot trust a company that allows a 3rd party to handle their warranty and then telling you, that you might have to pay. for a friend board? that was clearly defective!!??
