trouble
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son bought this item and had to return it as the box didn't contain the correct receiver. This happened twice. It was a problem that was hard to remedy as the company must have had a problem with quality control. It was a hassle

Descent stereo, but it has a flaw
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike the JVC it replaced, you can only have a set amount of files on the usb drive. Very disappointed.

Depends On Use Needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Audio jack & USB from back, may require audio extension cord to access. Gives that cord hanging down look.

Outstanding feature set and sound...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This head unit was purchased for a 2000 Honda Accord coupe, to replace a previous unit that had a cd player, but no bluetooth or auxiliary functions. Needless to say this unit has blown the very memory of that one away! The unit connects quickly for hands free phone calls & music access via your phones bluetooth, or directly from a flash drive (cable supplied, not the flash drive) an aux cable connection is also included. It, and the usb cable attach to the back of the unit. If you take just a moment or two with the owners manual, the unit is relatively easy to settle down with. That is a good thing, because this unit has enough audio options and flexibility to make your head swim! I have learned, and regularly use, the basic functions, and I am very pleased! I enjoy the informative displays and tons of radio presets. The only issue for me is that this unit has overpowered the O.E. speakers, and now they need to be replaced. Oh well... Within the confines of this vehicle, this unit has more than enough power and fidelity for me. BTW, I had it professionally installed by an outstanding Geek Squad technician in the downtown Chicago Best Buy store. I hope this helps. Now it's time to shop for some speakers. I'm sure almost any current entry will be better than the stalwart but anemic (15w) originals. Peace

I hate this radio!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate this radio! It is so complicated to work that frustration sets in and I just give up. I have tried taking the manual and following it step by step but the manual is so poorly written that it is difficult to follow. I would love to return this radio in exchange for a different one-less complicated.

It's messing up my cd's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not working right and the first installer was rude disrespectful and didn't tell me of any issues and then after he finished I had issues.

Excellent unit for a niche application
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a SONY head unit in my travel trailer, needing USB and AUX on the rear. There are not many units available with connections on the rear, it seems. But this one is a home run. Very easy to operate, no complicated sequences to set up, and provides excellent amplification. I had to buy the remote separately, but it was inexpensive.

Zero stars is the correct rating for this product.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Total lemon. Always get the Geek Squad warranty because the Kenwood service is horrid and warranty is useless because you pay for shipping. System just bombs out regularly. Reset doesn't fix it. Firmware updates useless and done by you. Money out the window. Having the lemon ripped out after driving the car approximately 10 times. Replacing with anything but a Kenwood.
