    This amp is way better than the Alpine Power Pack. Also is great because I have my subwoofer amp bridged to this one.

    If you turn it up louder than the bass comes out clearer if that makes any sense. It did make a difference but not much.

    Long story short, I bought some subs from a garage sale. They blew both of the amps I already had. While at best buy, I saw that this was on sale and grabbed it for the good price. This amp turned out to be the best performing amp I've owned in a long time!

    Amp does its job well. The Bass Boost feature is great if you want just a little more out of the speakers. I elected not to install a sub due to space constraints. Use the Bass Boost a little compensated well for it.

    I had two speakers on my boat and I added two new more but they sound distorted when I pump up the volume. Since I added this kicker I never had a sound problem anymore.
