    Love the sleek operation with the controls in the middle since we have to have stacked washer and dryer in our house. The steam fresh is a great feature for quick touch ups. Love the WIFI connection and notifications.

    I’m someone who loves “toys”. Never thought a washer/dryer would be one. Not only does washer & dryer talk to each other (dryer knows what option you used in washer) and both can text when they are finished

    Great product! Cleans and drys clothes according to the node selected. Have not used the steam clean option with the dryer yet, but assume it would work as intended (need to purchase a separate kit for this option).

    I have no idea if this unit is any good, but, this review is about the Logistics team at Best Buy. After knowing we needed a 4 man team to get this installed, Best Buy continues to send 2 men. We've had the unit sitting in our garage for two weeks now. Even though the delivery team has requested that we need 4 people multiple times, I've made personal calls several times, they still can't get it right. We have confirmed each time the day before and they still show up with a 2 man team every time. This will be our 4th attempt at getting it right and another week to wait it out. This is ridiculous! I've really never seen anything like this. Stay away from Best Buy if you need installation.

    It got delivered on time. Excellent investment well money spend. The dryer light up inside when it's done drying, also both dryer and washer makes tones when it done. I love it very much.

    Perfect replacement to the huge front load washer/dryer I had prior with most of the same features. I will say the rubber seal(?) on the washer is much easier to clean & dry then my former unit.

    Before buying this LG Wash/Dry Tower, I had no idea how much I would use the steam in dryer. Love, love, love my new washer & dryer!! Use the dryer steam fresh cycle almost daily!! Great benefit!!

    I really like that the controls are in the middle since I am on the shorter side. The only thing I will say is that they don't make it is easy to connect it to the app which is disappointing. I tried for a few hours to get it connected but it would only connect to my hotspot which is not ideal.

    This washer and dryer combo is super space saving and works with super small loads and high capacity! I’m so glad I made this choice! It has bee. Worth every penny. Also, the customer service through geek squad is AMAZING!

    Man oh man, I got this bad boy on sale. 800 off was a flash sale, had 250 in rewards. Scored it for like 1.250. My wife has crowned me the cheapest guy she’s ever known. Awesome product

    The washer & dryer unit was ok; I had all sorts of problems trying to get both sets installed. The installation company and Best Buy have very bad communication it literally took over a month to get two units installed. Sad.

    Overall, love it! Have encountered an issue twice with towels and sheets in washing machine. It is a little small on capacity and had difficulty getting up to speed on spin if items are too bulky(even when not overfilled). Resulting in soaking wet towels that need to be pulled out and redo spin cycle with half at a time.
