I sometimes need to wasy the items twice. The dryer blows out lint and dirt from the vent. I have to wipe down the door and gasket before taking oug the clothes. I clean out the screen vent after esch use so this should not happen.

Machine is EXTREMELY Clunky.

I can’t imagine this thing will last. Even with only 5 towels evenly spaced out, this thing is loud. The machine is on a level ceramic tile floor. I will be looking for Best Buy to step up and offer options to replace with another model.

Don’t buy from Best Buy!

We purchased the 4 year replacement product plan, but now Best Buy isn’t honoring it, saying something about how “the policy changed yesterday”. We have a product that doesn’t work properly that was installed just over two months ago and no one is doing anything about it. Almost $2300 down the drain.

Washer not draining

It's very likely that the drain pump is malfunctioning. Disappointed to get this on my first run.

At 7th visit that didn’t get the unit installed I finally just canceled the order and went to Home Depot.

Immediately the unit flagged an error code (E80) that the dryer vent was clogged. Spent $4k to run a new dryer vent to have it continuing to randomly error code (E80). LG Technical support refused to send a technician out saying it's the dryer vent. Found out from our property manager that another one of his owner's units has the same issue with the same Tower. Suggest you buy something else.

Serviced by Sears Home Services. Had 3 appointments scheduled last week and no one has ever shown up.

Service technician came out today and determined installation was done properly by Best Buy and venting was also sufficient; he recommended we get another unit since this one is only 30 days old & was used infrequently. We are awaiting decision about delivery of a new unit.

Best Buy needs to fix this dryer.

I looked up this error message and something is not right in the vent. This was installed by Best Buy. I called Best Buy to have them fix whatever is wrong. Best Buy has not fixed this. I bought this in January and it has not worked correctly from day 1.

Delivered damaged….twice!

However when it was delivered it was clearly damaged..appeared to be dropped. Called for service because of issue with drum of washer in spin cycle. Unable to repair it to factory specs. Requested an exchange and paid for brand new item. It was delivered today with major damage. Refused and returned waiting for another one. Regretting my purchase decision. Hope someone can deliver without damage!
