Aesthetically very beautiful, efficient, low consumption of light and water, does not damage clothes, appropriate cycles for each type of clothing, no noise while washing or drying. Excellent investment. Delivery service awesome.

I cannot think of a single thing that I do not like about my new LG washer and dryer combination. The size fits perfectly where I need it to. The clothes actually come out of the dryer feeling softer than my previous machines.

We love that the control panel for both the washer and dryer are in the middle. One other benefit is pairing it up to the app. This way you can set and download cycles to the watch and get real time updates on wash cycles. You can see exactly when your cloths will be finished so you don’t have to physically check it every 5 minutes. I’m more on performance than looks but I will say they do look fancy.

This laundry unit replaced a unit supplied by the apartment owner and its worth every penny I paid for it. The controls are easy to use and the washer and dryer options are perfect for me…including steam that I use to sanitize. I get absolutely clean clothes using only 1 tablespoon of HE laundry detergent per installer’s recommendation.

Sp far so good. It is more compact while still having the same drum. No real complaints but i think some of the "extras" are over hyped. The "remote start" is a little oversold as you have to first turn on the start physically on the machine before being able to use it (so, for example- if you want to run a second dry cycle after the first finishes, you cannot do that fully from. The app)

So far so good. I wish the settings had a little bit more customization options. It does take up a significant amount of space.

My all in one W/D unit has worked well. Did take several weeks to eliminate 90% of the sour/mucky smell in the washer. Easy to use front panel dual controller.

This LG ThinQ is perfect for my wife. Other stack washer/dryer the control panel is to high and would need a step stool but with ThinQ both washer and dryer controls are in the center. And can download cycles/ it steams and can start with WiFi app. Happy wife, happy life. Really is a great for smaller spaces. Worth the money!

We have had these units for almost a year and have had no problems. They interface is intuitive and easy to use for basic laundry. The added features (steam, turbo, etc. take some thought but are useful to have). The units are solidly built and work much better than the old “stackable” units from previous generations.

We really love this Washtower. Needed something "different" for our space, and this checked all the boxes. Love the magnet on the washer door that helps keep the door ajar after a load is finished. Dryer does a great job, and clothes always come out completely dry. The interface is easy to use, both units are incredibly quiet, and the machine just looks fantastic.

What can I say about this thing that hasn't already been said?? It's quiet. It's fast. My wife hugged it when I finished installing and the controls came on and she said "it likes me too". For real tho, my clothes have never been cleaner. I didn't even realize I was wearing dirty clothes this whole time until we bought this thing.

It is quite, efficient and looks very very very nice.

Excellent product and a real space saver! Delivery and installation were good, not great, but washer and dryer have been working flawlessly.

An excellent product. Quiet. Only time it is really noisy is when drying heavy items like a rug or heavy quilt -- otherwise very quiet. Does a great job -- even on quick wash. My only negative is that it does stick out from the wall (depth) more than we had anticipated due to the dryer vent. We tried changing it out to a different configuration and it still sticks out. We are getting used to it.

This is our first washer and dryer and we are happy with our decision. Love the ease of use with this washer/dryer combo. Great capabilities and we are really impressed with all the different functions and features. It does a great job with our laundry using all sorts of the latest tech and does it quietly. We love it and definitely recommend it to a friend who wants to buy a stackable washer and dryer.
