Nice stacked unit. Very heavy, which is only a down side if you need to move it. Have owned for 10 months so far and no issues. I take care of it and allow washer to dry out with door open after most uses, have not had mildew smell that you usually get with a front loader. Dryer dries well. The unit seems to do well washing and drying bulky items.

I love my new stacked washer/dryer! Very quiet when running. Plays a neat little tune letting you know when it’s done. Nice size drum for bigger loads than the old style

Don’t use the WiFi stuff on it because ….. don’t want to. So easy to use- just put in the clothes and soap and push the buttons and off it goes! Love that the end of cycle signals are musical as opposed to buzzer sounds!

Works wonders, and holds more than I thought a front loading washer might hold. It's simple and easy to use. It's easy to figure out the notifications and bluetooth. Would recommend especially if you have a small laundry area like I do.

I love my LG Wash Tower! It washes very quickly and gets the clothes very clean. The dryer is wonderful as well. There are many drying options, especially with the app. This unit runs quietly which is a plus! I would recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed!

This washer and dryer tower has been wonderful! It takes up so little space however it does its job completely. I really like the features of being able to select how I want my clothing/bedding washed. I also enjoyed the feature of the music at the end of each wash or dry.

So far we are very happy with this. It seems to run efficiently and quietly.

Genreally happy so far. Shakes more than expected at the beginning of the spin cycle and I believe it is level as well and also on anti vibration pads. Louder than one would expect. Difficult to work on in a closet, but easier if you have access from the side. Hot and cold water are labeled but opposite of a typical washing machine, be aware of this at installation. Installation was a joke, the installers were no good.

Worth every penny. Incredibly flexible programs, gentle on clothes, fast, efficient quiet. Fits in a small space (shallower depth than any other full sized machine), so thoughtfully designed.

So far so good with this set up. I've done about 6 loads of laundry so far and the unit is super quiet. I get notifications on my phone when loads are done and I Can check the app to see how much time is left on each unit. It looks good and I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Very happy with this purchase, we have a house with a narrow laundry room and these fit perfectly, they also are the best washer and dryer we have ever owned and work great. The Turbo wash kind of surprised me the first time as I'd never seen a washer spin so fast, I would highly recommend this product to a friend.

Great product! Love the space saving tower, allows us to build a custom pantry in our tiny laundry room. The app is a bit much, I don't really need a notification when my laundry is done. My laundry comes out great though! Tons of options for cycles.

This hasn't been installed yet, but I anticipate this new W/D combo will be a winner. I took advantage of the Labor Day sale and purchased 3 LG appliances for further discounts. I can't afford NOT to shop at BestBuy.
