I had a 20amp breaker. After so many consultations with sales people includung coming to home it was never mentioned. Had to guess when dryer kept shutting off

When I have to take the laundered clothing out of the washer I have to almost get down on my knees to reach in to take out clothes. I may have to get a small stool to sit on.

My first appliance purchase was the LG Washtower. Two very nice gents, Ken & Mike, arrived right on time, and from start to finish was only 20 mins! They helpfully unboxed everything & took debris away. This was a smooth, efficient process. Well done! Best Buy you’re doing it right!

It was a bit expensive but I think it was worth the investment. At least for now because I hope it doesn’t break within urbe next 3-4 years.

It does take getting used to after my old conventional set. It is very efficient, uses way less water. Also it washes and dries much faster then the old conventional set did. We had them deliver and the guys did a superb job setting it up.

Damage During Installation

I’ve had the LG tower installed and the duct damaged during the installation. Since then I have 3 technicians come out to attempt to fix an issue with the dryer duct without any avail. I am now told I have to pay for the next visit. Long story short if the installation is without issue maybe things will be okay. If not, Best Buy may not be able to fix it.

It is not that loud and has many options for different kinds of washes. It can be a bit tricky at first figuring out the different settings, but otherwise its pretty straightforward.
