I paid for a new unit and was given a used one. I only ordered this from Best Buy because they assured me that the unit would be delivered before I had to leave Florida to come back home to New York. When I complained to Best Buy and asked for an exchange they were unable to do it before I had to leave. So I’m back in New York and this used unit is sitting in my condo in Florida until I can get back there for the exchange. I believe they sent me this used to unit, hoping that I wouldn’t realize it. The washing machine had water in it, the dryer filter was filled with lint, and there were several scratches on the side. Hopefully I won’t have trouble with the exchange when I can get back to Florida but this will be the last time I trust Best Buy for any future purchases.

Unreliable product. Leaks.

Geek squad argues that nothing is wrong with the unit however clothes aren’t drying. Best Buy geek squad recommended I put a bucket of water next to the unit and exhaust into the bucket ?!! That’s how their extended warranty works.

Door shattered after less than a year.

The glass door of the washing machine shattered mid cycle. There was broken glass everywhere when I opened the door. To make matters worse, LG and Best Buy claim this is not covered by either warranty.

Best buy has the worst customer service

Bought washer and Dryer on August 2 got it delivered 20 days later and now it is falling apart. They have hung up on me 2 times and NO RESOLUTION what so ever.

What I like best about the machine is how much smaller it is when compared to traditional stacked machines (a separate washer and a separate dryer). Because the Washer/Dryer are pre-integrated, you save about 8-10 inches in height and about 3 inches in depth. This is a huge win if you're working with a tight space. It also also for storage above the unit! I highly recommend :)
