This washer/dryer combo is exactly what we needed. My wife is on the shorter side and having the controls in the middle works great. It can easily fit our comforter.

This washer works well. Love the features my clothes always smell and look clean. Love the LG app to connect to the wifi. I think the AI systems needs some help when it comes to drying clothes its only about 50% right and leaves clothe slightly damp sometimes so i have to add more time to the dryer

Love my new stackable washer/dryer. What a space saver in my laundry room. It's perfect! I'm very short, and having the controls in the center is so very convenient. The versatile cycle options are right on for every need.

This unit is so quiet and works so quickly. No realy complaints other than the WiFi connectivity. It will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. When it does disconnect, you have to delete it from the app and then re-add it. It’ll stay connected for 2 to 3 days and then disconnect again.

This is an excellent product. We had a regular washer and dryer occupying space in a small laundry on a raised platform at the beach. We wanted space to install a rinsing sink for sandy swim gear and a folding counter. We'd looked at stacked before, but with the four-inch raised platform, my wife couldn't reach top mounted dryer controls. This product came to the rescue and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only did it address our needs, but it just happens to work great, too. All at a price less than our next best option. Home runs are had to come by, but this represents an out-of-the-park solution for us.

I love this LG laundry center. It has made my life so much easier. And saved me money already on my power bill. The install, however, from the service provider for Best Buy did not go as planned They had to come back a second time with not a defective machine. Like the first, but we are loving it now. Since it is all installed and working, good super smart tons of features and accessible by app.

We like it so far. It is very quiet and comes with an app which is probably way over the top. However so far it has performed very well. We purchased it with the LG style tower. Only downside is the accessories are expensive. Side venting kit was close to $90

Great washer/dryer have had no issues with is performance only downside for the money we spent and after picking up once we opened the box it had a big dent at the base of the washer that would have happened prior to boxing because box was in good condition. Would have returned but we having been without a washer it would have taken too long to exchange and get a new one.

I love this stacked washer and dryer. You can’t even hear them running. Does an excellent job. This is my third front load washer and dryer since 2000. What I’ve learned is keep the washer door open so it will dry and wipe around the seal with a rag. It will keep it from molding

Love the look! It’s small but you can wash big loads. Love that the controls are in the middle. Easy to use.

It was 7 weeks after we ordered but worth the wait. The LG Washtower does everything wash/dry separates do in half the space. The washer is 4.5 cubic feet so we can wash our king bedding in one load. It's wi-fi capability let's us customize the cycles from our phones. We had a Kenmore/WP stack before and this is soooo much better.

Beautiful new set by LG. So far, it works great.....I havn't used it for everything yet but I really like the system and my clothes have come out really nice. The controls are very easy to operate and with the tower set-up, very convenient. Saves floor space too!

Great washer drier combo. Was hesitant to buy because i wanted the washer dryer separate but this looked great. Washes clothes perfectly and clothes are always fully dry. Fits perfect in our custom built laundry and fits everything we have thrown on it. Steam option is a great add on too.

This is the most beautiful washer/drier I have ever owned, and its does a fantastic job at getting my families clothes cleaned! When you only have space for stacked machines, but you're too short to reach the controls on a traditional stacked front loader, this is absolutely the machine for you!

I absolutely love this wash tower, it’s very quiet which is very important to me since it’s located right off my living room in a very small house. It seems to clean better and is gentler on clothes than my previous top load washer/dryer unit. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.

This was a little more of a splurge for me than the set I intended to purchase, but the all in one unit, center controls in the middle (made it easy to use as I am short and some units have the dryer controls at the top of the dryer and I could not reach them) and the tall sleek all in one piece design and sexy color made it so pretty that that I threw caution to the wind and purchased the set. I say caution because I had always been warned that front loaders could have odors. However, I dismissed this thinking to the fact that people were not taking care of the unit which they caused the problem themselves. I was so wrong! Terribly wrong! I wiped down the washing machine after every use as the manufacture suggest to avoid mold/mildew from building up. I even leave the washing machine door open after I wipe it out to ensure it air dries. This did not stop the buildup of mold/mildew and a terrible smell! The smell is so bad because the mold/mildew it is growing is in a part of the unit that cannot be reached or cleaned. It is so bad it even is growing on the laundry detergent drawer. The smell can be smelt down the hall! It is especially embarrassing when I have guest over. I want my clothes to be clean and fresh not smelly with mold/mildew spores on them. Buyer beware... this is a bad investment, and you will regret this purchase! I did give it 5 stars for capacity, dry time and ease of use. I would even give it a 5 star for being so sleek and nice looking... but at the end of the day it is very concerning to me and a continual problem I should not have to be concerned with! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this unit!

We love this washtower! It has been a great addition to our new home so far. At first there was a small issue. The way my laundry room is set up, the hookups for the washer is on one side of the room and the outlet for the dryer is on the other. So the original position the washtower was in (closet to the washer hookups) made the 6ft power cord for the dryer hard to reach the outlet. However, I had my contractor come out to take a look ( as well as another issue with the dryer vent in the wall unrelated to the tower)and it was an easy fix. He reposition the tower and fixed the vent issue in the wall . After that it’s been amazing. I like having it connected to the app and receiving alerts on my phone. It appears to be a lot of customization that I have yet to explore. Which is really cool to have but a bit of an inconvenience to take time to learn.
