Great Choice i would recommend it definitely worrh it

Both the washer and dryer of this unit have great options and work well. My one complaint is the washer remains wet in the door seal and soap dispenser for a very long time. If you don't leave the door and dispenser hanging open for a full day after washing it will smell of mildew.

I love having so much flexibility! I had to get a small stool to sit on when I move wet laundry from the washer to the dryer, but it’s great exercise!

We have loved this machine. Exceptional machine with all you could ask for. Thin q app lets you pick from swveral added wash/dry features. Small load can be washed and dried in 25 to 30 minutes.

The washer works great. No issues love the features. Even though it looks small it fits a lot of clothes. My issue is the dryer. I absolutely hate the thing. Every time I dry something it has to be run multiple times. Unless it’s a very small load I have to stop the dryer and adjust all the clothes. Using it just now it’s been sitting at 17 minutes left for 10 minutes and clothes are still pretty damp and not hot at all. It’s been this way since we’ve bought it a few months ago. So unless you only do small loads of laundry or have a lot of patience I can’t really recommend this thing.

Purchased at a fair price, but the best part was the service we received from Best Buy. The delivery and installation were on time with no hassles. We encountered a problem but it was solved with complete cooperation.

I would advise against purchasing installation services from best buy if you want to avoid multiple weeks of nightmare and dealing with unprofessional unqualified servicers. this is by far the worst delivery experience I've had in years

I have had mine less then a week but used it several times. It is fantastic. Very compact but holds a ton of laundry. I would highly recommend this to anyone short on space.

The washer spins the the clothes so thoroughly, they are barely damp. The delivery men were very knowledgable and most professional. This is the perfect washer/dryer combo for our needs.

Its only been a month but so far this laundry center is working extremely well. Its a Energy Star rated device, and is designed for use with HE rated laundry detergents. It comes with a lot of preset functions in terms of washer and dryer selection. My two critique's so far are 1) you have to make sure to drain the washer every few days as part of maintenance. 2) If you do wash a larger load, you may have to run multiple cycles to get it completely dry. Because of the preset functions, its hard to increase the temperature of the dryer between loads,

We can now dispose of the step stool. So far a great product. Some great features. The wi-fi is just too cool.

Great product at a great price. Exceeded all my expectations. Very compact, powerful, quick wash cycles.

Ergonomics are excellent, ease if use is intuitive, quality of wash and dryer output is great. And besides, ... it's a nice looking machine.

We're please with how well the new machine works. Both washer and dryer work faster then anticipated.
