We've really been happy with our wash tower. The machines run relatively quietly while the app keeps me informed of a cycle's completion in the event I'm not within hearing distance of the audible signal. We've put the additional floor space gained to good use as stackable storage.

Middle access buttons are convenient. Replaced Samsung set that came w/ townhome purchase. Sorry Samsung, your TVs are great, but definitely not W/D sets. This LG set is so much more quiet & compact (w/same volume as the former 2 pc set). Like 15min quick wash. Best Buy Geek Squad delivery is head & shoulders above recent post-Covid19 Home Depot experiences.

This is an amazing unit! I highly recommend this appliance! I am 5'1" and was concerned about being able to adequately reach into the top (dryer) of this unit. No issue at all!! Love that the controls are all in the middle. Very sleek and attractive! Love, love, love!

Love my washed and dryer! It looks so sleek in my apartment. It also functions beautiful. It’s not that load and does a great job. I have sent many links out to friends encouraging them to get it.

Never had a stackable washer and dryer, but would highly recommend this unit for tighter spaces. Plenty of options for wash & dry cycles and excellent capacity for both. very quiet and energy efficient.

Had for about a month now with no issues like other reviews reported. It’s quiet, works great. Like most HE dryers, sometimes the clothes are a tad damp, but if you put the setting to more dry, it works like a charm. It’s sleek and frees up a lot more space than my previous HE washer and dryer. Will update as time passes!

Love this set. Controls in the middle was a big plus. Being able to easily load and unload the washer and dryer comfortably was a must. The unit fits perfectly in my small space and runs so quietly. This was a great buy!

The LG WashTower is perfect for our small closet space! We looked for a large capacity washer and dryer that was compact in overall dimensions, and found this. It is extremely quiet while running and gets our clothes very clean. Very happy with this purchase!

we absolutely love this unit!! It allowed us to move the laundry up from the basement with the limited space we had to work with upstairs. It runs so quiet we can sit at the kitchen table right next to it while it's running without issue and it's the best looking washer/dryer set you'll ever see! two thumbs up!!

These are great units. Space saving. Clean well. We have a cleaning company and our short-term rentals that are larger have at least one or two sets of these. They have been game-changing for laundry efficiency.

Washer and dryer is awesome. Did about 20 kids of laundry in a 24 hour period. Appliance amazing. The delivery from Best Buy not so much. Delivery guys were great and got it in no problem. Issue was someone hooked up the dryer cord incorrectly leading it to ground out, spark in my face, shock me, and melt my outlet. Was given a corporate number at best by to resolve the issue. They did nothing. For all who are wondering I have a king size medium warmth down comforter - fit fine In the 4.5cuft washer and washed and dried no problem I have an oversized king down comforter 10’x10’ that did fit without forcing it but just looking it was too much for the washer. If you are looking to do Something that size you will need to step up to the studio with the 5.0 washer and see if it fits better or just go to the laundromat for that.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this as am a bit concerned on all the technology that could go wrong. So far, the product has exceeded our expectations. It is extremely easy to use, very quiet when in operation. It's a very smart combo...smarter than my husband and I.

Wow, for a stacked unit that fits in a closet, it can really hold a lot of clothes! This is an excellent unit compared to the traditional stacked units designed for small spaces. You will really maximize your space. It is easy to use with the controls together in the middle of the unit.

We were needing to replace our washing/dryer set and found out about LG’s WashTower set. Having the control panel in the middle instead of on the top of each piece is very convenient. As they say, we have been able to toss the foot stool. I also enjoy the app that gives a lot of information about each unit and keeping up on maintenance. It has been a very nice addition to our home. If you are needing to conserve on space the WashTower is an excellent option. I would highly recommend this laundry system.
