So far no issues and love the machine. The only problem I have is with Best Buy. I noted a scratch on the machine and the installers took a photo but no one ever followed up.

Best Buy’s Geeks worked very hard putting the tower in our laundry closet! We are very pleased with the service received and the tower unit! We would recommend Best Buy for products and service!

Just got our washer/Dryer installed and hooked up today. Have done two loads of laundry dry so far. Love my new LG stackable washer/dryer.

Loved the washer and dryer but had two plugs 110 and 220. So my electrical could not support it.

Best Buy captions say that the washtowers come with steam, but this is misleading. Some of the dryers have a steam hookup and some don't. After being sold on this feature and taking delivery, we found out ours doesn't have it. Only the washer has a steam function. The wash cycles run VERY long, well over an hour. Otherwise, the machine is sleek and looks nice.

Have only done a few loads of laundry. Seems to clean well. The washer is a little on the noisy side. When it starts up it sounds like a plane taking off. The wringing functions works well. The clothes are nearly dry before they go into the dryer.

I've been using this set for a few months and my only feedback is that the "normal" setting on the dryer doesn't get the clothes completely dry, so each time I have to click the setting for a higher level of dryness. My loads are pretty light, as there are only the 2 of us.

This unit is perfect for our family with the capability of large loads and the stackable unit is great for saving space.
