Great washer and dryer combo, sleek, modern and efficient! They fit great in our laundry room and have a ton of customizable settings to ensure you can set it and forget it. Would buy this system again.

Nice and large capacity. It looks great. Cleans and drys well, Seem like the dryer sensor is a little off. Sometimes clothes aren't all dry so I have to set to very dry. Only the delicates option runs on low. You can't change any of the other choices to low. And you have to use the normal setting which runs only on hot, to get the echo mode. When installing get the sheet metal vent that looks like a telescope. That way you can put it closer to the wall. Otherwise, it is pretty far out. It is not easy to move. The washer and dryer are a very large unit.

Amazing! We live in a very small home, so every square inch of space I can reclaim is appreciated. This integrated/stacked washer/dryer is about the smallest full-sized unit you can get, and it’s fantastic. It’s the same width as any other full-sized washer, but the total height is shorter. So, you can make use of a little extra space above the unit. And - yes - it cleans clothes very well. I also appreciate the connected functionality (e.g. iOS notifications when a load has completed its cycle). Well done, LG!

Love this washer and dryer stacking combo. it’s super sleek and pretty in my upstairs laundry room. it’s efficient and I have had no issue or complaint on laundry not being cleaned well. The delivery staff was really impressive bringing it upstairs through narrow areas without banging up my house or the unit. One little scuff a half an inch on the side. certainly nothing to complain about considering the challenge of delivering.

We love this unit. We upgraded from an older Samsung set and have been so impressed with this WashTower. Delivery was great and we were able to starts washing not too long after they left. The washer and dryer drums are an adequate size for washing our comforters; to our relief we are able to dry in one cycle! My favorite feature is that the control panel is in the middle of the unit.

Coming from a much older Frigidaire laundry center, this is in a separate higher class. An order of magnitude more sophisticated in operation, it has far more cycle choices. The customization is (thankfully) itemized on the control panel so one can chose between the variables separately, e.g. temperature, spin, time, pre-rinse, extra-rinse, etc. Like any appliance, it takes a little getting used to, but controls are intuitive and full instructions are provided in the owners manual. It even has a steam drying setting to refresh and/or de-wrinkle clothing that has sat too long in a damp pile; at least, that is what I think it's for. Anyway, it's an upgrade for me and I like it very much.

There is few advanced to this unit. It fits in standard laundry closet in condo, MUCH BIGGER capacity then regular washer/dryer stack, to me it looks cool and you can see there is some serious technology behind. The steam feature is something I couldn't figure out how to use. For the price I think it's a good value. And most important at the time I bought this washer/dryer combo there was no backorder so I was able to get it as soon as next day.

Great product - EPDM Rubber smell needs resolution

This has been a great machine so far. I was surprised that it was Wi-Fi enabled but that has been extremely helpful because the app lets you know as soon as a load is done washing/drying. I would give it 5 stars but when you get it brand new it comes with a god awful smell that took numerous clean cycles to remove (7+). I recommend using rags to constantly wipe down the EPDM rubber after each wash cycle until the smell largely goes away. Since this review is about the product I will not reduce the stars further, but the delivery/installation of this product was absolutely horrid. It was the WORST delivery I have ever had of any company and with Best Buy - unnecessary property damage throughout the delivery. As a purchaser, this product is heavy, ensure that delivery personnel coming to your home are physically able to handle this item before entering your home.

Terrific unit I love it. However the app piece is not that great hard to sync. The delivery guys were great and took mine away and out in the new one with ease. You don’t need the bottom drawer, it is pretty tall and look nice . Wish it lit up during entire cycle instead of just at end. Very big inside dryer and wash. Read how best to care for it because I’m not sure that because it’s all in one if one has a problem the entire unit goes out since it is a computer.

Love the design and the performance. I'm 4'10" and didn't have the space in my kitchen for a side by side. I have no difficulty getting the clothes in or out of the dryer(which is on top).

Went and picked this up from the store. Guys that helped me load it weren't quite strong enough to lift it in. I would like to reiterate this thing all boxed up is HEAVY. Once I got it home me and my fiance were able to handle it decently once unboxxed. Washer and dryer are very quiet and I'm impressed with how efficient they seem to be. Dryer has no issue drying a large load of mixed clothing in 40-45 minutes. A note of caution, there is a big piece of styrofoam that goes up into the washer/dryer unit to support the washer drum. If you are struggling to get this off the styrofoam base, it seems it's very easy to have this snap off and stay up in the washer. I did exaclty this, and the first time I ran it the washer was shaking bad and making a peculiar squeaking noise. Tilted it up and sure enough a piece of styrofoam was still in there, squeaking like crazy. I'm hoping this continues to treat me well in the coming years, but the first few weeks have been a great experience. One other note, if your dryer plug in is any distance away from the dryer, you may want to spring for a 10 foot dryer cord, as the 6 foot doesn't make it much further than down the back of the unit. Hunting down a 10 foot cord was a task in my town, so I ended up building my own new cable. Dryer does work with both 3 and 4 prong outlets, but is initally set up for 3 prong, which worked perfect for me.

Love these machines. They do not take up as much space as my old units, cleans and dries great, and they even communicate with each other. If you have the washer set to a particular setting, the dryer is able to start with those settings as well. Overall so far, very happy with the product.

This stacked unit is a great solution and is very easy to use. The delivery process went smoothly and the machine is working well. Definitely recommend this type of solution vs the all in one machine (which we tried first).

Owned for about a month now, great washer. Nice and quite, since they’re stacked it left lots of space for shelves. Great so far I’m just hoping it more durable than my last washer.
