Good product, would recommend it to family and friends

I absolutely love this LG Wash Tower. The control panel waist-high is perfect. The machine is amazing. The look is sleek and modern.

This washer and dryer has the most up to date features today I love the way it lights up at night in the dark so you can see clothing Washes really well even heavy quilts The dry is smart too and drying in know time Compliments from family and friends

Bought this for the inlaw suite and it fits and installs do easy. Performance is great and can already see a decrease in our energy use. Best of all. No gas! Great features and i can definitely tell the quality difference from our other GE unit in terms of both wash and dry Performance and time.

omg there are no words to describe the love affair I'm having with my new laundry center. It replaced a center that was some 20 years old :) I love that there is no wringer - I also very much love that I can do massive loads of clothes (it's like being at the laundromat!). I don't have a single complaint and would recommend this. I live in a condo with a closet for a laundry room. Fits nicely. I have yet to figure out how to set the wi-fi :)

I'm not allowed to leave a zero star review? I would if I could. This unit worked for the first few months of ownership. Then, the dryer stopped fully drying loads of laundry. When I first contacted LG for repairs, after a couple weeks of waiting, a technician came out and said the unit was being used wrong. He said that the "Energy Saver" mode shouldnt be used, and that the load should be timed, or dried on one of the other settings. This made no sense, as every mode worked fine for the first months of use. The technician was there for 15 minutes at most, and barely looked at the machine. He insisted it was being used incorrectly. After using the machine in every other manner suggested, it still wasn't drying full loads. I attempted to reschedule service with LG, and they cancelled saying the technician didn't know what was wrong and needed a second opinion. I then attempted to schedule service again, and they failed to call me to schedule, as they informed me they would. I then contacted Best Buy, and they said there is nothing they can do, I would have to go through LG. I own another one of these units, a couple months older, and the washing machine stopped working one day on that one as well. I don't recommend this unit, at all. And LG is not winning any awards with me as well
