Its definitely worth it. I have had for about a month now. Did not have to buy a stacking kit or anything other accessories. It is a money saver when you can buy both appliances for one price. It washes clothes well and dries them even quicker. Even delivery was quick and easy. I do have one complaint. There was small ding on rear corner of side of unit, delivery guys pointed out and we were supposed to get a discount but that never happened so just look over the appliance very well to make sure any blemishes are not on front of unit (protect your investment).

Great washer/dryer, as advertised. A lot of options, but still easy to use. Sleek design. Quiet. Note it requires a 110-volt outlet and a 220-volt outlet

This is my second one, I now have an electric version and a gas version and they both work fantastic. These units are full size and can handle bedding with ease. Perfect for small space applications while needing full size washer and dryer.

I really enjoy this space saving washer and dryer. When it showed up there was a broken part that dump water on my floor. LG warranty is nice once you get through some of the first steps. Unlike Samsung, they have several service people in my rural MN area. The guy was out the next day. I find inhave to select the "very dry" option to get the clothes in the middle dry. My older LG washer vibrated the house much more than this does. It's on the second story. The dryer lint does build up on the door seal, which is a strange design flaw. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

The washer and dryer are very quiet, have not used the steam yet. We love the compactness of the unit, and the dark silver color. We chose the tech installation 1st tech was horrible brought in a dented unit (which he knew of) however did not say anything. The replacement unit was great along with the techs that installed it, just outstanding service, they restored our confidence in Best Buy as a leader in the large appliance business thank you!

The overall experience of this setup is awesome so far. The controls are a really nice position for my wife, which was a big reason why we got it. We have used the stacked washer dryer sets with the controls on the top of the units and they were out of reach without a step stool. Also this thing is really quiet and cleans and dries really well. The one issue I had was the glass door front was damaged on my first unit due to poor handling but I am getting my replacement soon.

I have only had this unit for 5 days but have done several loads. It is SO quiet and does an amazing job. Like other reviews have said, you do need to wipe the seal around the washer door after use to get all the moisture out and also clean the seal on the dryer after use as the rubber is so thick and a very small amount of lint depending on materials being dried accumulates on the rubber seal...but a quick wipe with a paper towel or dish towel does the trick. It cleans and dries like a dream. I look forward to doing more laundry and exploring all the options.

I really like this unit. It is easy to operate . I was able to purchase this with a price match. I’ve had this washer and dryer unit for 2 1/2 months and I love it thus far.

Works well. Saves space. Looks great. One star off as it drum seems to wobble a lot when the machine is attempting to do a spin cycle, and wastes a lot of time getting into the actual spin. Once in the actual spin, does well in wringing the water out of the load. Another reason for the 1 star off is that this device needs a manual mode or a way to change settings other than the limited 2 or 3 without using the app. Anything else requires the app. In terns of value, this combo is about the price of a separate 4.5 cu ft washer and 7cu ft dryer. Only negative is if it breaks down, you can’t just replace just the washer or dryer.

So far I really love it. We’ll see how it goes. A real space saver for small rooms

I definitely haven't ever been this excited to have an appliance delivered before. As they wheeled it into our backyard and into our laundry room I felt like a kid on Christmas. This is one of the first "next gen" appliances for us, and a major upgrade over our previous washer and dryer. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. The dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. As we did our first dozen loads of laundry, it was obvious that this washer and dryer unit was laundry-life-changing. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use, and I really like that you can turn on the panel for the washer and dryer separately. The regular wash cycle is fast, and it's actually close to what the timer says. On our old washer, if it said 50 minutes, it was probably closer to 70. This washed a regular load in under 40 minutes. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings carry over. Were you washing on blanket settings? It knows it, and puts itself on the correct setting - pretty amazing. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, but also easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. I like that because I am notorious for doing so! The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! My one concern, moving from a side by side to a stackable was the potential vibration. I set it up without the wall anchors initially to see how it would do, and I was really surprised. Blankets, towels, really anything we throw at it, there is no vibration, no movement, nothing. This machine is super quiet, and really stable. I would say this is the perfect washer and dryer if you have a baby, and limited space. There's almost no extra noise from it, no typical rush of water sound, not banging around of a loose drum, nothing. It's really amazing how quiet it is.

Wanted a stackable unit with controls that are in easy reach this unit fit the bill perfectly it's quiet and seems to do a very good job. Very happy so far.

I love this LG WashTower. This unit is classy all the way. I like the stainless steel drums, washer and dryer. I like that the dryer uses the same settings as the washer. The unit is spacious without taking up a lot of space. It is quiet. My clothes come out of the dryer wrinkle free. My towels dry in about half the time that they did before. And let’s not forget the digital display, it is simply amazing. Well, I guess you can tell that I think very highly of this unit. If anyone out that is in need of washer and dryer and you have limited space, this is the unit for you.

I love this machine so much! It is very aesthetically pleasing, plus it has a touchscreen feature and lights up when you open the doors. It cleans well, easy to clean lint trap, and is very very quiet while it is running which is a huge plus. It also has a pretty large drum and auto-senses how large your load is based off of the weight of your clothes. The only con that I have for these machines is that they both remain humid inside. The dryer has at times actually had a small amount of liquid pool at the bottom one time when I never took out some rags I had put two wash. I solved the problem by leaving the doors partially open for a day after I take out a load and the inside dries just fine.

Super quite for both the washer and dryer. Easy to use. Drying a quilt took three times and would not dry. I have also found that it takes two times to get towels dry. Easy to access both the washer and dryer!
